I think Olly will kill Sam (for being friends with Jon and betraying the Knights watch in his eyes), the old guy at Knights watch will betray Jon Snow and refuse them entry and Stannis will get beat by the Boltons (which would be incredibly shitty considering how he is the best person for king).

Damn that's an awful thing to say. People make mistakes.
It was unfortunate but she was touring with an unofficial guide. I think she rolled down the window when she was not supposed to. Usually, lions don't respond but it attacked and mauled her. The driver tried to protect her but his arms were mauled and he ended up suffering a heart attack.
Like I said, sucks she died. But having a window open with a lion a meter away just to take a picture?? They're fecking wild animals for a reason.
Some guesses for the end of the season
- Olly or whatever his name is kills Gillys baby to get at Sam for being friends with Jon
- Ramsey shows up at Stannis army and kills Stannis daughter.
- Stannis attacks the Boltons and when the are on the verge of defeat Jon and the wildlings show up and feck shit up.
- Reek and Sansa escape but Ramsey finds the and kills Reek.
- Breanne shows up when the shit is hitting the fan and eventually kills Stannis as payback for Renly.
- Olly or whatever his name is kills Gillys baby to get at Sam for being friends with Jon
