Television Game of Thrones (TV) • The watch has ended

Pretty shit episode in all honesty.

Only wow moment for me was
finding out that old guy is a targaryen

which isnt even that much of a "wow," tbh.

Then you would know Maester Aemon already told Jon Snow who he was.
Was it at all relevant in the grand scheme of game of thrones at the time? Probably not id imagine.

Sorry we all havent got as amazing memory as you ramshock.

Well if you are going to judge the quality of an episode yet admit you dont pay attention to episodes properly who is going to listen to your opinon mate thats all. And yes it was very relevant at the time.

Are you bored or something?

What does me thinking it was shitty episode change for anyone? If youve enjoyed it then good for you. Shouldnt be butthurt because I didnt..

Ive never said i didnt pay attention to episodes properly, i said ive always paid attention to anything relevant, thats not to say i havent paid attention to anything else. Its not humanly possible to remember each and every detail of game of thrones, but if you think you have, good on ya lad.

sent you a video sport

Youre genuinely upset because someone doesnt share the same opinion as you on the internet.

You must be fun at parties.

 no im having a laugh at your bemusement. I couldnt give a feck if you preferred the chuckle brothers to GoT. Just busting your balls. Seriously though pay attention next time

Shit episode I thought. Samwell Tarley.....just fecking yawn. Him and Gilly etc, just couldn't give a feck.

Glad that annoying ginger tart is dead.

wow did everyone else see that, I can't believe they can do that, this show just keeps coming up with newer and newer moments to just go wow at. A guy, controlling a bird, with his mind, wow.

That episode had me pumped. The Northern version of Blackwater.

What happened to Ser Alliser, he still alive?

Great episode. Penultimate episodes of Game of Thrones are always pretty much amazing episodes.

Oh NOOOOOOO Ygrette! Or whatever her name was! She was so hot! Damn you George R. R. Martin!

Very good episode. Excellent portrayal of the battle.
Jon Snow said that he was going to find Mance Rayder. But he went without a sword. What is he planning to do exactly? Kill him? Without a sword? Or he went there without a sword so that the wildlings would let him meet Mance Rayder? I did not understand his accent there clearly. He said that if something happens to Mance Rayder, all the wildlings would fight each other again. But I did not understand fully. Could somebody please explain? Thanks!

Yes if their leader is dead, no one to lead them so they will start fighting against each other. He still has his wolf. Hopefully he will come in handy.

Oh so I didnt miss anything? How the hell he plans to kill Mance Rayder without a sword remains to be seen. Excellent episode. Sad to see the death of that Jon Snow's friend who was present to hold the gate in that tunnel to face the giant. That anchor thing which was used to kill the climbing wildlings was amazing. Interesting to see how many Brothers of the Nightwatch are remaining for the war.

Though I must say that I would have preferred to see the battle between the giant and the six soldiers in the tunnel near the gate instead of Sam whining about his virginity. Why is he even a character!? He is fuucking useless.

Is Alliser Thorne dead? My stream wasn't the best quality but it looked like he got slashed in the stomach although he was shouting when they dragged him away, then Sam said he had fallen.

Did anyone think Ygritte was shot by Sam then? Now that would have been a twist.
Well technically it is because of Sam she is dead. That guy was distraught and just hiding but Sam told him to pick up a weapon and start killing people.

Ok episode. The whole "You know nothing.. Jon Snow" right before dying made me cringe.

Good, but not as good as Blackwater. It was tricky making out who was who, and which side was winning. The resolution to the Tyrion story interests me more. I hope, for once, that episode 10 will be the blockbuster.

Was a pretty important episode that one. Can't see how you forgot about it.

Anyway, this episode was horrible. Basically an episode of NOTHING

Disappointing episode. First one all season (maybe ever?) made more strange given that it was the penultimate episode. Little boy killing the redhead is a bit too storybook for me. I don't mind violence in GoT but this seemed kinda pointless. Tried too hard to be the Blackwater of the north, without any of that episode's tension and timing. Really hope this is a one-off and not an indication of what more is to come. The only thing that sorta could have saved it, didn't happen. Wish Sam and Gilly would just both feck off and die already. Looks like next week will go far into answering a lot of questions.
