I fecking hate teams who score in E.T.
They were unlucky their best chances fell to a guy who's only ever scored one goal for their national team (+ Perisic's header). They weren't great at all though.
That ball from Nani was immense, doubt it was a shot, he had 2 players blocking all his avenues to shoot, he passed through the defender's legs.

I think post doesn't count as on target, you have to hit the area that would actually result in a goal to be counted as a shot on target.

The answer is right there. From that angle and distance, and the type of player Nani is, it's 100% a pass.

Both teams were uninspiring today but, in the end, Croatia was too ambitious and careless in the last minutes. I guess patience paid off for us!
