Close game, that Dublin Joe fella is some knob.
Neither should have been reds imo.
Ugh. Mayo would have had a man advantage apart from that rush of blood. Idiot.
stupid yes but although I've only seen it once it didn't deserve a straight red did it?fecking stupid alright. But that's us in mayo for ya...

I'd feel hard done by if I was him, no strike as far as I saw but yeah ridiculously stupid. O'Connor was poor enough too but have to say O'Shea impressed me until he ran out of steam, I'm heartbroken for ya's and would hate to see Andy Moran retire without an All-Ireland, exceptional player.its a red card I think, sometimes it would be let slide but its a red imho. All he had to do was not "act the man", let the Dublin guy take his second booking and we could well be celebrating beating the best Gaelic football team of my 36 years. But well we are Mayo, and if there's a way to feck it up, one of us will find it.
I swear the only way it can get worse is we're a point down in the last minute, O'Connor is running clear though on goal, Cluxton is caught up field after taking a free, open goal at his mercy, no one within 20 yards of him, ball in his hands, he puts it in the net and then its pulled back for him taking too many steps.
The worse thing is, as he was running through I'd probably think... "somehow we'll feck this up".
As soon as that free hit the post today I just knew what was inevitible.

O'Gara should have walked for that hand in the face when the Mayo lad was down in the first half too. Agree with you, O'Connor not in the same class as rock with the pressure kicks, two fecking exceptional teams though and more wars to come in the next few years between them.Yeah, we missed a few soft ones, CoC in particular. Great player and will go down as one of our best but he lacks the bottle Dean Rock has. O'Shea was brilliant today, first all ireland final where he's stood up and been counted. The difference in the end was Dublin were better where it counted and had more talent on the bench.
Hats off to them the best team I've ever seen, I suppose we can be proud of running them to a point twice but history doesn't care about the scoreline only the victor

Yeah was Keegan as far as I know, bad act but you can hardly blame him for trying. What a story Which scumbag Mayo player was it who did this?

Comments on the article suggest Lee Keegan.
You've got to be kidding. Feck him!Yeah was Keegan as far as I know, bad act but you can hardly blame him for trying.
feck me I love All Ireland final day, the first part of it anyway. Nothing like it.
You've got to be kidding. Feck him!
Edit: wrote that on my phone, to expand it more... Seriously, no way. Took off his GPS unit and threw it at another player taking the most important free in the match? Should be a lengthy suspension. Even being allowed to wear these units is a privilege, never mind the scumminess of removing it and throwing it to distract a player! If a soccer player did it, there'd be war.
I mean, obviously you're right. But, if you're Keegan, you'd take the ban if it meant you'd done enough to make him miss and earn your team a replay.
Nevermind imagine the war if a soccer player did it, imagine if a Dub did it
All going well Baz! As far as I know they're in the Gibson tonight.
From almost playing gaa with me to scoring the all-Ireland winner. Dean Rock was set to come to Toronto and play with my club a few years back but then he got his first call up to the panel and stayed in Ireland.
Also made my dad give away his ticket because I came to visit this weekend and he couldn't get a second ticket for me. I bet he was wishing I didn't come over.
Brampton Roger Casements, men's team is gone now a couple of years. All our player's visas ended and we had no team anymore.what club in Toronto is that?

At the Brampton Irish center? Can't say I've come across too many people who had been there before. Do/did you play for a club in Toronto? I haven't been keeping up with the league ever since we folded, only ever go to some of the woman's games to watch my sister. Was sad to see them go.Had a few good nights in the clubhouse. See this years Toronto annual GAA dinner had to get postponed due to lack of interest. Was meant to be on this coming sat and now put back until new yr.
No interest in this International Rules craic then It's alright today

I prefer watching this as opposed to the Aussie Rules comp in Aus.
Oh yeah? What do you see in it that you prefer? I thought it was pretty decent today too.
