Obviously I'm just a nobody on internet talking shit but putting w and 2 together it does kinda make sense considering that they want cash and want it fast.

Hopefully it'll be done by the time we're flying over for preseason.

I really hope that he will see he was seen as surplus/expendable at Barca and get a warm welcome at United. Unfortunately I think he can be a boss in an ensemble but I'm not sure how on earth he'll respond to meeting United's midfield options in training, let alone having to play with them week in week out.

Yeah I don't believe it. Chelsea themselves have bigger fish to fry. They got Jorginho who has been doing great under Tuchel and their targets so far this summer have been CB (Kounde, De Light etc) and attackers (Raphinha).

Midfield is pretty far down their list of priorities.
 
So what happens if Chelsea come in and buy him and agree to all the ad ons etc at the last minute, makes you wonder why Utd have taken so long

The same fecking news has been reported multiple times, every day for nearly a week..

And it keeps getting posted here like its a fecking updated.
 
So Chelsea who need at least two CBs, have let Lukaku go at a huge loss and want to get rid of other huge money attacking signings Pulisic and Werner, who have seen their main CB target Kounde and 60m Raphinha bid gazumped by Barca and failed in a last-minute bid for Richarlison are now suddenly - after 6 weeks - going to invest 70m plus 300k wages in a CM? Yeah makes total fecking sense.
 
If Chelsea are really after him it means they are likely using Jorginho in a deal for de Ligt. Can't see it happening though.

I'm not uptight at all, but thanks for the concern :lol: just find it weird that someone continuously gets bent out of shape over a journalist doing his job. There's way worse bs merchants out there to get wound up about.

@Summit I'll edit my post to reply to you because I've run out of posts for today, as I said I just find it odd why Romano gets on his nerves so much, and I'm not the first to call him out on it, it's just very strange behaviour and I was just curious why he bothers him so much.

There's no doubt that Romano rightly has the reputation of the tap in merchant sometimes, but there are way worse ones out there like I said. It's just @Berbaclass jumps on every Romano tweet like clockwork and I just find it odd, that's all. Anyway I'm done now, no posts left as I said. Have a good day @Summit @Berbaclass no hard feelings I hope :)
