I am not really a Muppet as some here, but I don't think there's anything wrong in calling out Frenkie's ambition here. He's rejecting the chance to play for 2 top clubs in England ( Utd and Chelsea) in order to sit on the bench at Barca because he's comfortable with his life there.
Imagine blaming his fiancé and calling him whipped. Maybe the guy just doesn't find United an attractive option?
And now people don't want him anymore because he doesn't have an elite mentality to join a club battling for top 4 vs fighting for his place in an elite squad and challenging for the CL/La Liga title.
Fair enough that's what he wants, he's his own master, he doesn't owe anyone anything. But that's not the act of an ambitious footballer anyway you put it and people have the right to call it as they see it.

Just glad that we at least bought Casemiro. FDJ, if he were to sign now, which he won't, would be more of a bonus signing at this stage than the absolute must it was a few weeks ago.
