It's disappointing and understandable if he doesn't end up at United, but even more disappointing if he ends up at Chelsea. Chelsea?! As a fellow Dutchman..
Hopefully we'll get some news soon, but i'm not holding my breathTo be fair, he wrote that Chelsea didn't know, so he isn't pretending to know that part.
ThiagoWill this be the first mega transfer thread where the player ends up going somewhere else, rather than staying at their current club?
Them getting more chances doesn't mean they'll do the job needed because they're very rawI said they would get more chances. You honestly think McFred won’t get ETH sacked? They’ve already been a big part of Ole and Rangnick’s departures.
They are so bad opposition teams know exactly what to do every game against us. Just press them two and you win the ball back every time.

Ah, yes of course! My mind was on Vidal, Sancho (first summer) and Sneijeder.Thiago
Like any part of this whole saga has any sense?
Just hop on board and see where it leads.
True, he's just he's saying we've given up as well. That also applies to Ben Jacobs.

you buggers made me go through 60 pages this morning with Ben Jacobs tweets filling almost every page.
The fecker is not on a Chelsea Tier List, doesn't seem to feature on any lists and works for CBS Sport.....WTF were you lot smoking last night?
We should get a certificate.
A signed shirt by Frenkie.

Yup. It’s all coming from Barcelona’s side. And Chelsea appear to be pressuring him saying they need an answer now too.Ah, yes. Barca wants an answer from De Jong today.. I'm sure he wants an answer as well. Are they going to pay his owed wages today? Feck all will happen today.
Ah yes... Pep the muppet slayerThiago
A Chelsea shirt or a Barca one?
Denied!
So Chelsea have signed Chukwuemeka and are signing Casadei as well as Gallagher returning from loan at Palace and will all be added to Jorginho, Kante, Kovacivic and RLC whilst playing 3-4-3 therefore only having room for two out of those seven (I’m not including Mount as he likely plays further forward with Chelsea needing forwards) in their starting eleven yet are going to pay £80 million for De Jong ?
Right now Chelsea’s forward options from who they’re not trying to move on are Sterling, Mount and Havertz as they’re trying to move Ziyech, Batshuayi and CHO on and it’s unclear with Pulisic and Broja so they desperately need a wide player and a striker although they’ve already spent £175 million with another £80 million or more earmarked for Fofana which will take them to well over £250 million without a wide player or striker.
I’d love to know how this is all possible with FFP ? They’ve recouped £18 million for Werner and £10 million for Lukaku whilst paying most of his wages still yet they can spend potentially well over £400 million if they were to get Fofana, De Jong, a wide player and a striker ? Even PSG and City can’t do that so how are Chelsea potentially doing so ?
The stonewall silence of Stone/Ducker continues to stump me and give me hope.

Frenkie, You either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villain.Come to United Frankie! It's worth the hassle. You will be a hero here. At Chelsea, you will just be another player.
Yup, thats why i completely ignored what Jacobs said when he proclaimed that United had all but given up on de Jong. Same with everyone else who says it.The stonewall silence of Stone/Ducker continues to stump me and give me hope.
Savage is drawing attention from League 2 sides about going out on loan with them- Iqbal has barely shone for the U23’s- I’m terrified at the thoughtIf we lose out on FDJ, the one glimmer of light I see in this whole facade is we will be able to give an opportunity to the likes of Zidane and Savage. I believe ETH may end up being forced into a situation where he has to abandon the likes of McTominay and introduce other options. Otherwise remaining persistent with McFred will probably lead to him failing and getting sacked.

Don't really blame him. We're a circus and amongst the worst run clubs in Europe. Why would he want to hop from one circus to another, but this time without the added allure of champions league football, nor any real chance of winning trophies. And like it or not, London will always be a bigger pull than Manchester for his missus.I have a feeling that FDJ playing for Chelsea will not be too popular at Old Trafford - well at least if our fans decide to show
He's pretty much a non-entity on transfers, isn't he?Ben gets info straight from Boehly. He has surpassed Matt Law in getting Chelsea news first. His info is only as good as what Boehly’s staff knows.

Guarantee Erik has rolled out the red carpet about him being the centre piece of his Utd rebuild and outlined how much he wants him, also how he can be the one to get us back into the Champions League.
The problem is I have serious doubts that he will actually believe it and be prepared to buy into the project he's building
Been through it a fair few times before, easy to stomach this one then..Pedro
