They've got Arsenal, City and United all away in their next five games. Bournemouth away won't be simple for them either. Forest at home is a difficult one to call.
It was definitely not a happy camp before he left and I recall he had frozen out some of the players although most of those are no longer there. He does seem the sort to lose the dressing room though because his post match comments are usually him taking all the credit when they win or chucking the players under the bus when they lose.

Was a no brainer of appointment according to his cousin Jamie Redknapp.
The decision definitely required no brain.
They’ll obviously stay up but there should be uproar over their league position relative to how much money they’ve spent in just two transfer windows.
The point is not about appointing a dummy interim manager when there is nobody to take care of the team. The question is why sacking Potter when it's pretty much the same scenario playing out regardless.
My guesss is it is similar move Levy just did by reinstating Ryan Mason the second time. To have a someone associated with the club to shield the higher up from fan, while achieving nothing. With Potter and Stellini, they may not be doing well, but at least they have put their reputation forward and trying to work. Where as Lampard and Ryan Mason didn't do well previously, and now just randomly given a free go without expectation.

Is he the worst Premier League manager ever? His record is abysmal. I am sure there have been short-term appointments worse than him but Frank has had loads of time in both Premier League jobs and now in his third is at a club he is very familiar with. Each time it has been a disaster.

Those couple of wins Potter got against Leeds and Leicester are now looking really valuable for Chelsea. Lampard would genuinely have them sleepwalking into a relegation battle if it wasn't for that buffer.
Funny enough Tuchel winning two games at the start of the season has turned out important in avoiding a relegation battle.

It’s funny how they can’t score so their solution to that is to play basically no forwards, despite paying hundreds of millions for them.
