Would it be worth organising a time when everyone has to be on and do the picks that way? What timezones are people in? GMT+10 here.

This shouldn't be that hard given most people probably had smart phones now and access to net 24/7.

We have talked about it many many times its almost impossible to get everyone online at the same time.

Yet another option is to just draft 15 players and let the AI do its thing in the first transfer window. I tested a save like that and it was fine.
 
Another option is to have a snake draft until we get 15 players and for the remaining 10 an auction draft.

I don't have a preference.

I am not particularly in favor of doing this, every draft it feels sometimes that its really slow, I am hopeful that it would pick up speed and we'll move the time limit down after the #10th pick. I get what you’re saying, no way could you do an auction for 15 players it would be a cluster feck, my way of thinking was how it was done at the start, keep each auction to 5-6 players then the next one starts after the last one ends.

Hopefully the snake draft does start to pick up pace and no need to look for alternatives
