Done Van Gaal's 3-5-2, going to have to try and make his diamond next, after that.
Buy Balanta, win everything. Was thinking this the other day, but the huge change we had this summer with the big clear out and splashing the cash is pretty much the first thing I always do in my united saves, the same players position wise too.
The only problem is fm 2015 will probably be easy as feck with united.
True. Usually I spend big first summer and then from there on just bed in youngsters, will probably do that with januzaj, Wilson, pereira and everyone else.Buy Balanta, win everything.
Probably Odegaard too...
Yup, one big splash summer, then youngsters, and buying any top prospects that crop up.True. Usually I spend big first summer and then from there on just bed in youngsters, will probably do that with januzaj, Wilson, pereira and everyone else.

Is Odegaard allowed on the game at 15?

Man Utd have become a shite team, finished 14th in the latest season. Massive rebuild job, should be fun to return them to glory. Predicted finish of 8th.
Also, they now have an expectation of making the most of set pieces, ewwww.
Argh, so close! 2013/2014 season with Hull.
Used a formation I used in a previous save that was very good in that save but I didn't know if that was cause I was playing with Barca and United.
I had to play the last 6 games of the season with 12 senior players, and lost 4 and drew 1 of those 6. Star striker(Sagbo , ended up top scorer too) was injured for the last 8 odd games too, and I had no backup striker so had to play Snodgrass there. The game started to loan out some of my players while I holidayed, which didnt help at all. Bit of a pain that.
Conference North/South, I'd expect. How far down the English leagues are the players real? My brother just moved to England and wants to know what league he has to play in to get in the game.
Yeah no bother, I'll try upload it to a Dropbox when I get on my laptop.Mate would you mind uploading that tactic somewhere please? I'm inclined to reinstall FM and use it as a timekill till Fifa comes out but I can't be arsed to cook up a half decent tactic, and yours is a system I've never tried.
Rarely, always been the case in FM games though. Diego Reyes regularly had 90-100 passes and 90% completion for me, loads of tackles and interceptions yet defaults to 6.90.Has anyone ever had CMs with above 7.0 average rating throughout the season?
I have, usually AP(a)'s from CM in a 4-1-2-2-1/4-3-3 who score regularly. Rarely have a DM get more than 6.6, despite playing really well.Has anyone ever had CMs with above 7.0 average rating throughout the season?

Unless they get an assist or goal they never go above 7, bit silly.
It's ridiculous that they need to score a goal to get over 7.I have, usually AP(a)'s from CM in a 4-1-2-2-1/4-3-3 who score regularly. Rarely have a DM get more than 6.6, despite playing really well.
the ratings systems are unbelievably bugged, like for years it's been the case that ratings in foreign leagues are way higher despite the players not having the same output. One season Gaston Ramirez had 22 goals and 25 assists for me and his average was 7.31, yet Messi had like 15 goals and 10 assists and his average was 8.04. Bonkers. It's ridiculous that they need to score a goal to get over 7.
Strootman got an average of 7.31 playing as a bbm last season for me.Has anyone ever had CMs with above 7.0 average rating throughout the season?
Did you set any player specific instructions? Who did you pair with him in midfield?Strootman got an average of 7.31 playing as a bbm last season for me.

Uploaded it to dropbox there: https://www.dropbox.com/homeYou're diamond, nice one.
That tempts me to buy FM 2011 (my favourite one - because it was simple, despite not having some of the good new features) and holiday 30 years and start playing. By then the fact that players aren't up to date obviously wont matter any more.Found this Reddit page.

If you're playing as a team thats expecting to win most games, I'd probably change the mentality to control. Also, if you find improvements dont forget to tell me!
Nah, I dont bother with OIs or match preparation to be honest.Of course! Thanks. Do you use any specific OI's/match preparation, let the assistant manager do it, or not bother?
Again, cheers pal!
