Been playing FM for years, but never really got into a network game, as it was simply too much hassle for most of my mates.

Would be very interested to join in a Caf Network game.

It's possible to get random injections of cash into your transfer budget. With my Derby County game, I got a nice wad of cash to spend in the transfer window - 20 million pounds extra, due to revenue that was above expectations.

I believe it was down to my sexy football. Claude Davis is awesome.

Which is odd because you shouldn't be struggling financially with Villa.

If he sold a lot of players in the first window, his wage budget would have gone down dramatically which would have increased his cashflow. And because of that, it's likely he might get a nice cash injection somewhere in the first few months.

I signed alot of expensive players which I didnt use and sold for alot less. Thats how I messed up the finances. It was a shambles and I quit playing cus I couldnt afford/sign the players I want.

People, jacob has been cheating. I'll prove it, Hatem Ben Arfa has a PA of 185and suddenly he has 189. Explain that? Load your 8.0.2 database and see for yourself and there are for many a players he has done that for, i think he has been using Fm Modifier. I don't want to be sounding like a hypocryte but it is true. (BTW I never knew i wasn't suppose to yse Fm Scout.)

But, do you know what is PA and CA.

CA= Current Ability; which can fluctuate during the game becuase of effects of traning and the form the player is in. Every player starts of with a CA for e.g Ronaldo starts off with 187 (highest is 200), which can go up or down.

PA= Potential Ability; which will never fluctuate after the game has been started in season 2007 and this has been given to every player for e.g Ronaldo has 195 (highest is 200). This can depend on the quality of the player. This has also be set by the database at different integers such as -10which can be anything from 170-200 and player such as Gio Dos Santos Who had 181 for his PA and suddenly he has 188. How could that happen as this will never change after the game starts? eh.

He has been tampereing with these and making himself automatically better than you lot and also his players.

You never wondered that most of you fight against relagation year and year out and some with Mid table spot and some how JACOB always ends up being in the TOP 4. All be it he could be a great FM gamer, but the fact is he is just a cheater

This is the game we are playing right now, this carrizo guy astonishingly has a PA of 194. Making him the best GK in the Gaming World Have you ever heard of him.

Here is his real stats when the databse has been set by the Sports Interactive team. So, as you can see the Potential Ability is only 170 and this would never change what ever the season.

You can also check this by loading the 8.0.2 database by your FM 2008 data editor which has been provided for you by Football Manager.

There is your proof and this is just one of the players mate.

right I loaded up the oldest save i could find and checked carrizo's stats

that picture was taken before Jacob started playing our network game and he has good stats there. i don't think he is a cheat.

Mate, check his potential ability and current ability with the FM Scout, then you will find the truth and i am not talking about the stats.

I dont think you understand fully what i am talking about and hopefully an FM geek can back me up and will understand what i am talking about.

Mainly because Jacob was in it from the start like the rest of us and if he was cheating it was all going good anyways. The main reason Pavan was kicked wasnt due to him cheating nessesarily, it was more the fact he majorly interuppted the game, a game which was going very well.

I think it means if you don't pick say, Belgium as an active league, that any player you send on loan there will stay play the correct number of games for that league, instead of an arbitrary amount like it does at the moment.

No, say you run League A but don't run League B. Say there's a player in League B - that player's history will now be displayed properly.

To brush off PA cheating just because the game format probably means it does't make a big difference is quite funny. If he's prone to cheat in that way, what else could he do?

Unkike him, I didn't turn my club into world beaters in a matter of one FM week, I recruited good staff and had a hard working training schedule. It all kicked off when I demanded £32 for James Vaughan and United decided to pay up.

Doesn't matter anymore, will never participate in a game that involves Pavan from now on. The caf has to kick either me or him out of the next FM network. One thing that do disturb me is that he has yet to confess his cheating after he'd been crying for the FM file to host. Only reason for me to host was that Solius had problems with his hosting, worked better for me.
