Football Betting Thread 2017/2018

Any aussies in here? I have an acca that I consider closing at 80 gbp, but potentially it could be 200 gbp - It all depends now on my bet on Australia to finish bottom in group C behind Denmark, France and Peru.

How good are Australia's team compared to Peru and Denmark in the World Cup? And compared to previous times? Should I take the 80 gbp or stick with it?

Anyone here into basketball? I reckon there could be some decent money to be made tonight as lots of teams need wins in the final games of the season to get into playoffs. It's so tight.

I haven't had a chance to look through odds yet, but I'll probably go for a small stake accumulator and a couple of bigger doubles or trebles.

I am, let us know what you go with.

I wouldn’t touch tonight’s games with a pole. Oklahoma (shit odds) will win but too many calculations will come into play for other teams.

In the East everyone wants to finish 7th and play Boston instead of Sixers or Raptors, so Bucks and Heat could either lose on purpose or try hard to get the win depending on what other teams do (ditto Wizards). In the West the only teams that really need a win are Timberwolves and Nuggets and they are playing each other and feck knows who wins. Blazers and Jazz might be better off losing the game depending on how Spurs v Pelicans pans out (everyone wants to play Pels).

Appreciate that mate. I saw the odds and some games were way too low for my liking.

Gone for an acca with Nuggets, jazz,Cavs, Rockets,Pelicans and wizards at 20/1 . Really unlikely to come through but I enjoy games much more with some money on them

Jeez. After roma last night, I chucked £20 on juve to qualify at 75/1 on betfair. Would have traded out at 3-0 if I hadn't had a last minte invite to the cinema this evening. Rubbish film too.

Fancy Newcastle at 12/5 to beat Arsenal. Also Villa, although short, 1/2 against Leeds looks solid to me.
Like both of those! And i need a couple of good tips! Was going so well up to last weekend and suddenly the wheels have come off this week.

Need a Fulham win for £410 and considering I’m ridiculously broke I’m absolutely shitting it.

Looks like Brentford have been all over them too. Bollocks.

First thing I thought of when I saw the equaliser. Such tough luck.

Hopefully he cashed out.
Couldn’t do! The William Hill app kept saying error when I logged in. The only time I managed to see how much the cash out was was just after Fulham had scored. Was at £230. Thought I’d wait it out. Jesus Christ.

Ah lost this one as pens lost.
Got Bruins in regulation @2.0
7-3 Bruins, won quite a bit this week.

I like us to beat West Brom easily today.

United -2 @2.02. I don't usually bet on prop bets but going to bet on Lukaku to score anytime @1.8 also.

 Well this went terribly.

Back to the hockey, Penguins in regulation @2.25

I watched the Leeds game and to say how shite they are, they were better than I thought and the game was closer than expected. you can always rely on Arsenal to be shit though. Nice £170 profit from this double.

I've gone for NHL double Nashville and San Jose Sharks. Wish me luck

Not sure I fancy us too much tonight at odds-on. Maybe Bournemouth +0.5 although will probably leave well alone.
Yeah i don't fancy us at all tonight. Can see Bournemouth winning this one.

Had the same logic last night and went for draws in the Brighton/Spurs and Celta Vigo/Barca games! Sweeet!
