@antohan @P-Nut0712 onenil isnt playing, we have few neutrals like @Physiocrat that follow the draft but are not playing so if you sending more then one just send it to them and the problem is solved.

I know, and I've been doing that. Problem is, they have a life too and if we start shortening timescales we would be expecting them to be around all the time.

I think it's still worthwhile to send fallbacks to them, but we shouldn't be expecting them to be around all day.

Sure thing. I've tried to avoid sending to players for the reason you mentioned but Sjor and Harms being at the opposite ends ended up getting some picks as well. Good to have a middle option in the order as well

Why? 2 players for each position and 3 spare for wherever you want most options?

In theory, yes. But what if Cruyff gets sacked in December? Maybe the new manager likes his 3-5-2s.

Then you have more aggressive and conservative options for certain roles (home and away).

Wide wingers or inverted wingers, which may not always be as simple as inverting the flank for the existing ones.

Allowing for someone else being the manager leads you to creating more options than strictly needed.

And then there's this age factor with so many being teenagers...

Of course it sounds like I overcomplicate it, but it's an unrestricted All-Time pool, so I need some sound basis for prioritising.

Everyone after Macern gets two picks after me, so I can get up to two options for each right now, no probs.
