Yeah, you need to forward the same ports as in 08. Then just tick run as server, you might have to untick tv matches aswell though i'm not sure if that will affect the game. Then the it gives you the IP on the game status page

O yeah, we had this problem last year. Try going on holiday on my user, then in the bottom right of the window tick disconnect from user. Thats what it was last year...
