FM '09 - Caf Network Game

I give up for today, gonna get a new crack tomorrow. Hopefully ready for Sunday
 
Two draws away to Everton and Fulham so far, not bad.
 
Dan have you unticked 'Move Matches for Tv' in preferences? We all seem to be playing at different times but if you untick that we all play the same time.

Can that be adjusted after a game has begun? I don't think so
 
It let me untick it in the preferences section so pretty sure it will change it, might be wrong though

Michael Owen back from injury I give him a 20 minute run out and he gets injured again.

I have no idea how that happened Sol, but unfortunately i saved the game. We've stopped playing now as there is only 3 of us...
 
So we aren't playing any more? If the computer doesn't buy that player I was just about to agree on a contract with, I'll be pissed :p

So how does this work then? If you guys play when Im not there, does the computer play with my tactic? I hope it fecking doesn't play with the team I set up, since I just played in the league cup as the last game.

I didn't go out - couldn't be arsed to walk down to the pub.
 
I can play now if we have enough, dont mind if we wait until the game finishes though
 
Anyone got any idea about that glitch? Im out of the league cup even though I won, fecking stupid.

It's happened to me once before, hopefully its just a one off like it was for me. You briefly disconnect from the game unknowingly, it plays out the game on your computer, but a different version of the same game is played out on the server. It's bad luck your version won, but the actual lost

I hope its that, rather than any genuine bug anyway, cos at least that will just be a one off

Ah ok, it may have happened twice to me already
 
Ok, well scrap it for tonight, but Dan next time you intend to play, can you give us all some kind of heads up, so we've all got a chance of being present to play at the same time? Are we expecting to play tomorrow night, and if so from what time? I don't really want to miss anymore of the start of the season, and I can make myself available as needs be
 
Apologies for last night, had to do something lese and completely forgot about it. Next time though, i will upload the save for someone elese to host it. Sorry about that

I can play from now till whenever now, have the day off tommorow so can play late too. I'll keep checking back to see when we have enough...
