got my player injured in the be a pro match, made me go off and forfeit my points. They still gave me an 8 even though it was midway through the first half. Wasn't too happy about that
You will struggle to find someone who plays Fifa 09 on the PC.... and with an original copy as well.
Try changing that leaderboard to 'weekly'

So I'm playing this guy, he's Villa, I'm United, he somehow goes 1-0 up, 10 minutes to go his centre half gets sent off, then I go ultra offensive and he scores again, his fecking striker does the robot and I have to sit watching it for 30 seconds, I don't quit or anything. Full Time comes and I've made it 2-2. Extra time and I'm absolutely wasting him 5-2, do a slightly over the top celebration with Rooney and this fecking bastard quits on me. People who quit early deserve to get killed.
it retails for Rs 1000 I think. And this year fifa has learned their lessons and 09 looks very better that 08.

Patch is out for both 360 and PS3, PS3 lot you should get the message when you load up FIFA.

But a new problem has started to appear, it seems to blur when your player is in full motion (online). Well, only experienced it once as i have only played it once since the downloading the patch. Hopefully, it will refrain itself.

started my first season in manager mode, chose LA Galaxy. My players are on red and yellow bars after the 2nd game and Beckham has no energy at all
yeah the Clive and Andy one is better than having to listen to Andy Gray, although Andy Townsend I am not a fan of either. Glad they didn't use David Pleat
It is more to do with your fitness coach then your player's fitness levels. I like to put mine up to 8. That way you need to rotate a little bit and it forces me ot play some other players. But its not rediculous where the whole team will be out of stamina after 3 weeks.

Just played a guy who was Chelsea, I was Bayern Munich.
He had altered his team so that it was basically an all star team, Kaka, Ronaldo, Messi, etc... the lot. So he basically had the best team possible.
I beat him 9 - 0, I think he's Spanish and he keeps sending me insults throughout the game and now loads afterwards.

Yeah not sure how they do it but it's a bit deceiving. A guy was Celtic so I picked Rangers, but when we played I noticed he had Rooney and Ronaldo up front and Messi on the wing. So now I had shitty Rangers versus his uber attack.

I played a mate of mine online and i noticed my BAP guy was in the Bury squad, i presumed this was only because i was playing a mate and it wasnt a ranked game.
You must be able to transfer players about and then use them in MP games too. That's shit if it's the case though.
I downloaded the new patch as the advantage rule was just annoying. The game crashed during the first half of a game and now the patch seems to have dissapeared as the advantages are back to being frustrating.

Evra's a good shout, my favourite would be Berba though, seem to score a lot with him.
Adebayor aswell, so easy to score headers its ridiculous

That's not an art, it's probably the easiest way and also the most annoying way to score a goal. I hate it when online players just do countless one-twos and just score with fast players. I use to do that myself in Fifa 08 but stopped since i got Fifa 09
But in 09 we can virtually walk the ball in to the net with beautiful build up, this game is so addictive and enjoyable.
They weren't even fast players though, it was Espanyol.

I have created a new tactic known as The Defiler. 3 Centre Backs, including Patrice Christ, Hargreaves as a DM, Anderson and Tevez as LM and RM, Scholes in behind Rooney, Berbatov and Ronaldo. Works like an absolute dream.

I've had 2 people message me today asking for a rematch because they thought they outplayed me. First one I beat 8 - 2 and the second just now we were playing, 0 - 0 I had dominated, I lost connection to EA servers, so he messaged me going 'noo you quit cos you knew I was gonna batter you'. We rematched just now and 9 - 0 to me Tosic and Ljajic aren't on the game
