I’ve been using Prime Rijkaard for a while now and whilst defensively he’s great, he does feel really slow and clunky. What would be the best chem style for that? Catalyst or Hunter maybe?

I might be a bit late to the party but I have noticed a way of telling whether or not ill like a player a lot easier. Balance & agility stats are what to look at
Look at reactions and composure too. Two stats that tend to be overlooked, but if someone is lacking in one of those he’s probably not going to be very good. There are a few exceptions though, flashback Zlatan has 44 balance and you can definitely feel it, but it’s still a great card.
Got IF Bernardo Silva, Rashford, Martial and Lindelof - all of them I've heard rumours will get a stats boost. If just one or two did then I'd be laughing.
I'd be seriously happy if I got to that stage.
I've used him on Drafts and he's insane, it's like playing some arcade footy game. These guys that have some of the elite players have a huge advantage. TOTY Ronaldo, Neymar etc. they just move and perform totally different to your average-but-highly rated players.
I like good dribblers for my 3 CAM spots behind the Striker so that's where I want agility and balance and that's what to look for. I don't shoot from distance too often so don't mind the other stuff.
Zlatan has low balance but dribbling like messi isn't what hes good at
Thanks! I didn't know about the advanced SBCs, did the basoc ones and looked at legends, etc... but I don't have enough players to complete those challenges, 80 rating or 77 in every squad I have to build... my main squad is 80 rating
.I guess I haven't seen the best card yet and will get whooped against them, but if I have at least scoring chances I don't mind losing that much, it was frustrating to lose 7-0 or 5-0 because if I pressed their fast players would destroy me and if I sit back then FS would tear me a new one, without any chance for me to have fun attacking.

Its a slog at the beginning if you insist on not paying for packs/drafts. Go to the catalogue and buy all the coins boosts. you will make 1500 coins per game roughly with them on

Like @Emmet said, use your coin boosts from the catalogue, your team rating will raise quite fast as 82s are super cheap and some 83s also. What kind of league are you basing your team around?

Well, for starters I chose spain and got a bunch of decent players, then I got Pique from a pack so I'm starting around Spanish players/La Liga, so I'll stick to that for a while, maybe I'll work on the side for a Serie A fitness team.
Play squad battles etc if you and chose whatever level you feel comfortable with to get some packs/coins. Not sure what rewards are anymore. Get yourself on YouTube etc and search for 10k/20k teams or whatever your budget may be.

I could tell the person was a pro level player soon into the game. It also felt as he had a perfect connection as the game felt really responsive, I usually have button lag unresponsive games most of the time but this one felt super smooth and I'm not even adjusted to the super responsive games as its usually so laggy for me.If you want to see if they are pro players or top 100 players you can google their name and sites like futhead usually have rankings of the top level players. I used to do this on Fifa 17 when I played a lot more. Beat loads of the pros, my problem was beating someone easy as I would play like a twat

Is Henry much cheaper or do you already have him? If you haven't done already, take a look at Shevchenko. His middle and baby cards look better than Larsson's. Prime Larsson is a beast though, I'd get him if I could because nobody seems to use him. I like to try and do it different to what everybody else is doing.
Baby Henry is around 500k prime Larsson is about 1.2M

Trash. Got the tier 4 rewards (rare mega pack) (you need to have played every single day since the start of early access I think to get tier 5. Dumb as feck). Best player was an 83, had like 2 or 3 others between 80 and 83, a few high 70s then a feck ton of contracts.

Rare Mega Pack for me but I didn't log in last 2 weeks. First games with the new patch and I'm loving it.
Played 3 in Division 4, won 3. All games were close and I was outshot in them but I found it way easier to create chances. Was defending made more manual along with removal of timed finesse? Even played my first game on semi-assisted shooting and passing because I changed it the last day I played in a rage and forgot.

It is much better I find, and the defending isn't more manual however, due to not just blocking the same space all game people now drag their defenders into places they shouldn't.
@Lemansky what TOTW cards should I be targeting as investments during this promo? Got 400k to try and invest and make some profit
