Best pack I've had in the last two years is basic Aubameyang this season when he was worth 300k. Yet here we have somebody complaining about their luck this week after they pulled TOTY De Gea last week

Sacked 87 Zola off for 90 Okocha and the difference is insane. He just scored 5 for me in a 6-5 win. Highly recommend to anyone else looking for a cheap icon.

To be honest I think I'm missing a few tricks when it comes to FIFA. All i ever do is play rivals and some squad battles, claim my rewards and save coins for players. I do some SBCs now and then.Done weekend league once but going to do it more regularly in the hope i start getting some of these packs that are giving out the best cards.
Opened rewards this morning and got Jota and Muriel. Wont use either so a load of crap really. Best from my packs was dembele from spurs. From packs maybe made 30k. Was hoping to be able to buy 400k team this week, be lucky to buy a 300k team.
On the flip side, i started doing single matches for that leao card last night and some lad told me a glitch so got it done within about 2 hours

It runs out tonight at midnight I think. You need a Ligue 1 (FRA) squad. Need to win 14 online singles matches. Go into the game and get a lead. As soon as the ball is in the net, hit the Xbox button and go across to settings, then network settings and then Test NAT type. Just let it sit there until it says "Continue". Press continue then back, back to go back to Fifa. It will have disconnected you and your opponent. You will get the win, they don't get the loss.
When you are on Fifa main screen, just close Fifa app and start it up again. This part is important.
I had the 14 wins in about 2 hours or less. Just go gung ho at the start of games
No chance I was getting 14 wins playing normally so had to resort to this. Plus you will notice it happen you if you go 1-0 down as everyone is doing it so don't feel guilty

Yeah, it was pretty easy and I didn't feel as bad because literally everyone does it.
Need some help folks... Someone build me a team please I am seriously struggling. I want Fabinho and Lucas POTM included. I will sub Leao on from the start so can have a useless player in for Chem.
I use the 4231 when games starts so Fabinho will take a CDM slot, Lucas at RAM. I will put Leao LAM or ST depending on what suggestions I get.
I have about 250k to spend as well as having those 3 players in my squad.

Im doing some sbcs in the mobile app and i was trying to use a couple of red cards from the WL rewards but it doesnt get me the 2 team of the week cards in the requirements. Cant i use them for this or is it an app bug?

I’m the same to be honest, squad battles and rivals. Just enough to get elite in both then that is normally me except I’ll sometimes do the SBC’s but they’ve been rubbish as of late. There is one where you have to give a silver, bronze and gold card and I got a non rare bronze back
Done weekend league once but going to do it more regularly in the hope i start getting some of these packs that are giving out the best cards.
Intend to do the weekend league this weekend as I have the free time to do it so hopefully my luck returns.
@DrRodo they were only classified as rare gold cards on fifa 17 I think

I’ve been getting awful luck in packs recently. Haven’t packed a player worth more than 20k in the last 3 weekend league rewards which were gold 2 and gold 1 twice.
Yeah they don't count for some reason, which is shite.
If I sell my entire team and if I get some luck in the rewards on my way to competing the flashback Rooney SBC then I might just afford it.

You cant get 300k from your team??? Less if you throw in untradables? Check your consumables, you'd be surprised how many coins you can build up by selling fitness/chem/positioning cards
I'll get about 180k for my team, with Godin being almost half of that! I have about 60k in the bank.
Gunna just sell everything I have and see where it gets me.
Half of my first 11 are untradeables, which is why the value is so low.
Costed me 233k to do the Rooney sbc, out of untradables that I used I had: 1x 87, 1x 86, 1x85, 2x84. So not too bad, especially for the 2 packs you get in addition to Rooney.
First pack I opened I saw in form, french flag, striker and I thought it was going to be Mbappe but then it ended up being some 78 overall.
Recouped around 80k from sales, so overall probably was around 150k for me to complete considering untradables and selling everything i got.

Did the Crespo SBC yesterday. Only requires max 86 rated sides. Oh my fecking god he's insane. Struggling to know what chemistry card to put on him to get the most out of him though?
He's great in the air, absolutely rapid and has 99 finishing. Literally not one weak point really.

I played 1 game with my new team last night and it was incredible. I played a pretty good player and smashed him 7-1. Shows the difference in a 150k to a 350k squad. Aubameyang was deadly.
Only problem is, I would fecking love that Rooney SBC but I'm skint now. Anyone tried him? Surely his work rates are a nightmare?

I used his league sbc card and it was actually decent for me. This one has way better physical stats and proper pace so it looks great. I think people go way overboard with the importance of workrates anyway. One youtuber says something and suddenly half the fifa population takes it as gospel and thinks it has a massive difference. Have no problem with them and use him in a front 2 anyway, so I would like that he tracks back a bit more.
It probably isn't s bad, but I remember on one of the older Fifas I loved Diego Costa or someone else (not too sure) but they wee always coming back and it was a disaster so have hated the high defensive work rates since then.
Probably doesnt matter much if you use 2 up front. Can see it being annoying with a 1 up top formation, but cant you just tell them to stay forward anyway?
I always told Son to stay forward on this for me playing CAM in a 4231 but he always came back

And yeah its the dream teams tbh, ill post a screenshot... will probably get De Gea to replace Schmeichel, hes a bit shite but untradable. Only 2 more things I see myself saving for and thats getting Keane again to replace Fabinho, and then Rio at the back.

How do you find Militao and Telles? Have them in my team, but haven't played. Hoping they are great
Theyre decent, nothing special that I noticed. Only using both cause Militao is untradable obviously, and Telles is good for the chem.
Im sure they are an upgrade on Shaw and Bailly... I hope anyway

I'm fuming I couldnt get to do that Ibra SBC.. When I play Vs him he is absolutely unreal.
I think I now see what many talk about as the EA WL virus, there are certainly occasions where it just screws you. Work Griezman clean through just to sprint on goal and instead of him opening up his legs it was like I was holding the tight dribble button as he refused to sprint.
Front post headers at corners and timed finishing from 20 yards out is becoming super annoying. Keep missing easy chances as well where I’m sure in a proper game I could score against DeGea blindfolded and drunk as hell in some of these positions but Mo Salah, nah he can’t. Rounded the keeper, squared up easy to put away and he slips it wide somehow?!
Ferland Mendy, surely the best LB in the game, he is incredible. Absolute weapon, wins everything and every race. Good in attack as well as I like working that little triangle between he Pogba and Martial and FIFA AI always commits the fullbacks and just leaves masses of space.

Personally love using Sbc tierney and you pretty much get most of your money back from doing the league sbc. Just has no links other than to icons. Not really crazy about any of the left backs, Davinson Sanchez is obviously a good cheap CB but personally I dont like spending too much on the back 4.Im sure they are an upgrade on Shaw and Bailly...
