I think this will be my Fifa UT year (that feels rawkish to say). Going a full brazilian team, im currently on vacations in the usa without my ps4, but i managed to play 8 ut seasons games the day the game came out and ended up 7-1-0. I think many players who let the AI do all the defending will get exposed these first months. Last year i never managed to get used to the defending so im glad they changed it. Considering in fifa 17 i started with an awful record of something like 5-5-10, that must be a good sign
I dont have a PL team so I hope he wont get IF's soon, best player I used last year bar Kante and Griezmann TOTS.

So.. I decided to start FUT again, for the first time since fifa 13 I think. I’ve decided to play single player divisions to build a stronger team before heading online. I used the 1000 x 15 games coin boost. How else can I make coins quickly? Plus how much will it cost to make a good premier league team?
There are several more coin boosts. Use them all. Play all four games of squad battles every day monday through sunday and you'll get very decent rewards in a week. Play them at a difficulty where you know you're very likely to win. Not sure what you define as a good PL team, but I'd say 100k will get you a pretty good team.
I don't know about the 100k prices are sky high at the moment. I'm worried about building my la Liga side for 200k
I packed a few decent PL players like Shaqiri, Bernardo Silva and Can and was a bit surprised to see them all go for well under 5k. I'm not building a PL team myself but if you shop around and don't go for the obvious options there's some bargains.

Yeah, bit too weak and too much of a straight runner for me. Likes of Martial/Mbappe or Jesus even seem more complete and able to do more.
Exactly why I'm cashing in on him before his price drops. If he had got a goal at the weekend I'd have kept hold of him as he'd have bagged himself a totw.
I've got 40k sitting in the club that I don't quite know what to do with. Any suggestions? I'm thinking of making a second team to perhaps use against the CPU. Don't know what kind of team that would be though.

With regard to the squad battles, do you have to play all 4 games to get the reward at the end of the week?
I’d like Martial because his dribbling outside of FUT is exceptional. I guess I should try and save around 200k or so to get a team I want.
Invest is the best option. I'm trying to think who has been the best player in the prem this past month. I'm thinking either Kane or Aguero. Mane tripled in value when he got his potm so I'd expect the same for them as you'd need either of them to get their potm card I'd guess.
Also the best players I packed were Zaha and Aduriz, both go for barely anything. Which I was disappointed by.
You can stack the boosts. I think you have to play a minimum of four games, but you should play more than that, preferably four games every day this week. You won't get anything valuable if you only play 4 games in total.

anyone used Griezmann yet? He's going for like 300k on X1. Currently got 85k saved so might be a while until I can afford him. Defo need a good weekend league next week.

Anyone used Benatia or Manolas? Thinking about flogging Chiellini and getting one of them in to replace him then upgrade a few other positions with the spare coins.
I have Manolas, got rid of Miranda for him but havent really noticed a massive difference. Koulibaly is the best at the back, with Benatia being a close second for players i have used (he actually scored from corners as well which no one else seems to be able to do)
My next plan is to get rid of donnaruma and replace him with Handanovic, donnaruma is toilet on this game

What's the deal with gifting stuff from the catalogue? Can I receive the coin boosts as a gift? Does the person gifting them lose them?
So I made some money (25k) buying Delaney 78 for ~1300 and selling for ~2300. The thing is, I have no idea why his price was so high, as it's dropped within an hour to around 800, which it was when I started buying him for a SBC. Any ideas why?
Time of day possibly? I bought my 2nd team in the dead of night and sold them at around 9pm. They all quick sold for more than I bought them for.
SBC’s have been pretty poor for me in terms of rewards. Now for the slog of selling off all the players an creating a team.
I got rooney for a mega pack and ribery for the rare mega pack around 10 mins after seeing what stoney go for both
