Is it better to win comfortably on one difficulty or win narrowly on the difficulty above? I expected the former but looks like it might be the latter.
Got him as my other CDM with Gabriel Jesus up front and Firmino as the CAM. On the other side I've got Isco as the CAM so now I'm thinking about it, it'll have to Busquets and Morata up front as the other striker otherwise Casemiro will have a dead link between the other CDM.
Move Saul to CDM with a positioning card. He's miles better than Busquets.
I do professional, tight wins are 900ish points, hammering teams is 1200 or so. Think world class was around 1400-1800? Forget.
Won 4-3 on WC and got about 1500. Won 6-4 on Legendary and got about 2300.
It's more amount of goals rather then tightness. 1-0 or 2-1 or pens will be lower end, 4 or 5 goals and you'll be on the higher end I think.
Finished up with this squad, been playing a Calcio A 3-5-2 so this will be a bit of a change.

It's always better to win on the higher level, even close matches because the difficulty bonus is worth way more than the goals would be on a lower level.

So apparently the toty might come out next week? If so that would be a huge crash very early on. So I'm tempted to sell everyone this friday and do cheapish (100-200k each) teams this and next WL but use a legend like Shevchenko in both teams. The actual team of the year is this coming Monday. So if it is, then everyone will crash hard but apparently legends normally stay stable so it seems low risk (plus trying out a legend).

Every man and their dog opens a shitload of packs hoping to get one of the TOTY cards, leading to a flood of players on the market. People also sell their players to fund more packs. It's basically just a massive firesale to buy as many packs as possible.
I bought Lacazette this morning but Im yet to try him. Even think Antonio played better than him as a partner to Jesus. Other options are Lacazette, Vardy, IF Morata, and Aguero if yiu have the coins. Maybe a hunter'ed Firmino might be decent.

So now everyone seems to have settled on what is 'meta', the game has been very boring for me. Every game seems to be a 41212 narrow (or insta pause to make it a 41212), ping pong passing until they are at the goal. The early weeks of various styles working has gone, all there is is this now
I'm actually trying that formation now. Not due to the meta, but to fit 2 strikers and a number 10.

. According to previous teams you posted anyway.I'd say 30-35 of my oppo's in WL used that formation. About 20 of them had Jesus and Rashford. All of them played or tried to play the way you described. Ping pong to the box. Passing is too accurate.
