Gaming FIFA 17

Got around 200k from my wl rewards. Bit disappointed.

Anyway, for those interested, 86 Salah is probably the best card I've used in this game maybe except for Ronaldo. He's maybe even slightly better. I've only played 4 games with him though but I feel like I can say it anyway. 95 pace so I don't need hunter on him. Playing him with sniper and he feels like a much faster Messi.

Also, IF Manolas is even better than Boateng which I thought was impossible. Without a doubt better than his NIF card.

I hope my opinions on them won't change over time.

:lol: Literally the first thing I did after posting that was starting a game and Salah did this. In div 1 as well, unbeleivable.

I've got 100k left. Can't decide whether to keep it as it is, buy Chiellini and Buffon or buy Butland. Apparently Karnezis is really good so might keep it as it is, but I really want Chiellini. How bad is Buffon?

How much did you spend on the Lacazette SBC?

Best option for my French team and I was wondering if the prices had settled.

Not sure, maybe 400-500k. Should be less now. Check the prices of Angers and Tolouse, they were the two really expensive teams IIRC.

He has 107 goals in 110 for me but he isn't as good as his card suggests. Feels a bit slow and his dribbling is nothing special

Edit: That was a bit harsh on him. He is fecking amazing but I'm so tired of him and can't sell him so I'm stuck with him forever. Never play him with anything other than hunter. He's rubbish with hawk.

Yeah I'll not bother for that cash, probably better IFs out there and he will surely have one of his own soon enough.


My rewards were very average. Maybe 100ks worth. Kante, Walker and a few others around the 20k mark.

Is there any way of guaranteeing IFs? Seen people say something along those lines

Yeah if you get into the elites you get packs with 3 informs in them. Got Sneijder, Kovacic and some random spanish CB in mine, it got me almost 100k which isn't too bad I guess. Totw20 was quite shit tbh.

SIF Lacazette has better stats than the SBC one and costs roughly 500k. I'd recommend him since you can sell him as well. Read some reviews on him on beforehand though, some IFs perform just like their NIF cards like Dembele for instance.
 
Just used Lacazette for the first time. Hat trick inside 30 minutes :lol:
Edit: And then an assist in the next play and the guy quit before half time. Nice.

The nif one? Have only used the sbc card but don't expect hattricks every game! Mine averages a goal a game so can't complain. He has the occational goalfest but can go several games doing nothing. That might be down to me/the opposition though. Make sure you use the hunter chem style on him. I found him rubbish with hawk.

Yeah, nif. Have him with hawk but like they werent even easy chances. 1 great finish, one long shot and then a finesse finish. The guy i played was probably shit but its good that I liked using the guy after the first game! Struggle finding strikers I like using in Fifa usually.
 
Haven't been playing much recently, probably 10 games in the last 2 weeks and I've lost every single one bar two which I drew. I've been having double their shots on target in most and it feels like every single thing is going against me. I'm conceding from virtually any long shot too.

This is two of the things that have happened in the last few games and there has been loads of this sort of shit.



 
Tempted to build an Serie A team, probably got about 2 million coins. The best informs are silly expensive though.

Probably my favourite league to build this year. Or at least a hybrid with laliga. As @DatIrishFella said, mertens is a beast, if perisic is an absolute monster and only 100k, cards like nif naingollan are amazing and cheap so i can only imagine what the if is like. IF Brozovic and IF Joao Mario look like great midfield cards too. Personally really like tif icardi but hes not for everyone. Then its easy to get a beast defence.

Probably just make that^. Though if you dont want to use all 2mil then just change cards like mertens to just his other in form, manolas to normal, maybe change one of mario or brozovic to marchisio or salah to a cheaper IF and then you would be at like 1mil instead of 2mil.

Or I forgot about Dybala. Hm. Guess you can find a way to shove him in but its not necessary in that side really.

Played a few games today and they were all easy wins. Like surprisingly easy. Not sure if it was just the opponents or my change to a 41212 and improved team made the biggest difference. Saying that, Isco's winger in form is amazing. Like I can't imagine having a better CAM then him, espeically with hunter chem. He's basically feels exactly like Messi, but for under 70k. Which is ridiculous. If his card was normally a CAM theres no way it wouldnt be like 200k. So good to use.
 
I've went for a full Serie A team for my 1st choice and a majority La Liga team for my second. Sick of wasting 10's of thousands on fitness cards. Both play like a dream.

IF Gamiero is like Mertens-lite. And Felipe Luis is one of the best FB's I've used.
 
Theres a SBC today with new and old OTW cards, starts at 6 uk time. Means the servers will be heaving this weekend, so WL is gonna be a pain.

Luckily i have the day off work and can get through most of the games early, currently 9-5 (2 penalty shoot out losses and a 119th musa goal, not that i think it would make much difference)

Finally opened my WL packs this morning. Got nothing in my rare players pack but the 2nd mega pack had Griezmann walk out :D Probably my best ever card from a pack as he's selling for 225k on PS4. It's perfect too as I was saving up to buy him for my La Liga team. Makes the weekend grind worth it :)

What's the problem with it? Looks great stats wise, though I didn't get it because of the price. Also I played against it like twice and he wrecked me both times
 
Was aiming for top 100 this weekend but it's going to be fecking impossible now with ea being cnuts

Not sure but I had that card. You know some informs don't perform the way they should. He felt really sluggish and I didn't score a single long shot with him and believe me I tried. Stats lie sometimes
 
Anyone else been fecked over by those OTW packs. I did the winter tradable one and got a standard Florenzi FFS.

Used the Giuliano card in the untradeable squadbuilder, got Sane. Used that in another one and got Kante!! Over the moon, as I use Kante's normal card anyway

Lucky bastard, I got Moratta, so done the untradeable and got some gimp from italy, then done it again and got Stones ffs. I was hoping for Pogba/Kante.
