You're not that bad. You're predictable in your movement though. You should try jockey instead of holding X to tackle as it leaves gaps in your defence.
A little practice and you'll improve greatly.

That's the problem right there, I lack a life a can play a few hours a night if I'm bored enough. Bump up the difficulty or just keep playing online every chance you get.
You should have stayed in McGrathispan, I'm not that good either however useful learning against the top players on here.
