That's just pure chance though surely.

I've tried the fake rabona method and the one where you shield it from the keeper and try to backheel past him but got nowhere near to be fair. I've got all of the volley ones sorted so migh just give up for now and play regularly to get some of the rest and hopes it comes along like yours. Can't see it happening on World Class though as I find it hard enough scoring from crosses on that as it is.
 
Yeah it was chance, still a great goal though :D

Only advice I can give is to stop trying, it'll come naturally in the end.

I had basically given up on trying to force it, but now I have a cunning plan :D

Added to the Accrington team that is playing 1-4-5 formation all out attack, I've put their (stand in) keeper on free kicks and turned off cards. The plan is to foul their keeper so he takes a free kick and when I get possession launch it to my front man who will only have to take it past the one defender and head towards an open net. Just need to stand on the line and shield the ball, wait for defenders to catch up then manually backheel it in. Theoretically, it should work well. Should get the 5 tap-ins anyway.

I'll report back :D

It's weird to care that much.
 
I want to fecking strangle the people who poach your goal when you take a goalkick on the ground. He scored first when I did that and then scored after scrappy defending from me to make it 2-0. I got two goals and equalized after some hard work and was totally dominating the game, and in my haste I passed it on the ground from the goal kick and he intercepted it in the box and scored again. Then he put his team in the possession and ultra defensive tactics and passed it between his goalie and his backline for the remainder of the game (20 min +) so I couldn't touch the ball, it ended up me losing 3-2. If I hadn't given up those two goal kick pass goals I would have won 2-1. And the guy is a fecking twat for doing it and then playing keep away.

No. That much being changing the opposition team formation and strategy, setting their GK to take freekicks then having a plan to concede a foul, hoof it up front to in unguarded net, shield the ball then back heel it in just to get the accomplishment.

I mean, if that's your bag then fine. I have no problem with it. I just think it's a bit wierd that people get that hung up on accomplishments.

A friend of mine played through Assassins Creed 4 times in total to get all the gamer points. He is also a loser.
 
Nothing wrong with scoring from it, being a bit of a cnut doing the possession thing though.
 
They should let you pass it out from the keeper unchallenged imo otherwise you're just giving possession straight to the opposition with the goal kick.
 
I don't get this... at the end of full time I was 1-1 with this guy. He clicks on end match as draw and I click on Extra time and it ends up as a 3-0 loss for me WTF!

I'm so used to rapidly pressing X to get on with the video and I'm used to doing it when I play offline. I don't position myself when he is taking a goal kick so why should he? It's the only fecking way he can beat me, and it's such a cheap thing to do.
 
What a game we had on club level yesterday,

was trailing 3-0 and turned it around to 3-3 right after HT, they make it 3-6 and we turn it around to 6-6 with 4 minutes to go, then one of our players fluffed a great chance to make it 7-6 in additional time.

Finished a draw.

I used to play as ANY because no one else would, so basically i defended and let Ronaldo (Solius) bang in the goals.
 
Yeah I remember it clearly, Dan was by far the cleanest player though, no fussing about.

:lol: I'm a bit rusty at '10 but remember playing you on 09 and Lisandro Lopez tearing you a new one! (Think that was against you anyway) But yeah i'm not all that at 2010, just haven't had the time to start it with Uni and all.

#1 rule of playing online. It's even better when people pass it along the ground to a wide player and you read it.

The whole team strategy was one I use myself, I didn't create it purely to attempt the backheel. You overestimate the effort it would take. You are aware that changing formation and free kick taker takes about 5 seconds in total, right?

If your mate liked Assassin's Creed enough to replay it, I don't see a problem. I'm not the sort to dictate what other people should or should not be doing with their time. I'll leave that to those so desperate for some recognition on an internet forum.

That's why you'll never succeed on Fifa, while we were trying to score you'd jumped on their winger and forced yourself upon him.

It wasn't closed, people just lost interest I think.
 
I got very angry at this game the other night! I think it's fair to say EA Sports are a set of useless bastards when it comes to the finer things. At first I thought this game was amazing but after you get past the shinyness and new style of gameplay it really is pretty shoddy and results in controller smashing frustration.
- Night games for almost all games in manager mode, then it's an overcast day match for a Champions League match in Spain? This is opposed to Fifa '09 where every game was in the day.
- When you take a corner and it bounces off someone in the box, it doesn't switch to your nearest player as you frantically try to punt the ball goalwards while the player on the screen watches the balls roll past him.
- Sometimes when you cross and press to hit it first time they take a touch for no reason which then results in the keeper snatching it or a defender getting a foot in.
- A ridiculous amount of glitches.
- Keepers still stand too far off their line and then continue to approach the striker without you pressing anything.
- Finishing is woeful with anyone other than top strikers.
- Finesse is a bag of shite.
- Heading is random. All you can do is press the direction and tap shoot but most go flying over the bar.
- Defenders go to run at strikers just before you switch to control them, often meaning the striker runs straight past.
- Micheal Owen.
- Doesn't always give a reason why a player turns your transfer offer down.
- Refs give ridiculously soft decisions to the CPU.
- 'Tevez with his bulldog-like approach'.

That's all I can think of at the moment.

I put my pro as left forward, yet the game places him on the left flank in pro club games, does anybody know why?
 
Gotta actually start playing this eventually. Got a copy but I don't play online. Gotta invite my friends around for a few friends, top bad I broke my 2nd controller :-(
