But it's my club, I should decide who plays where, and the players taking my position instead are rated 68-69 while my pro is 85.
 
Just signing in to say this game still sucks. Back playing on 09 and all the happier.

- Finesse is a bag of shite.
- Heading is random. All you can do is press the direction and tap shoot but most go flying over the bar.
- Defenders go to run at strikers just before you switch to control them, often meaning the striker runs straight past.
- Micheal Owen.
- Doesn't always give a reason why a player turns your transfer offer down.
- Refs give ridiculously soft decisions to the CPU.
- 'Tevez with his bulldog-like approach'.

That's all I can think of at the moment.

Just had a couple of games with random players online, to get back into the swing of it. 2 games, 4 goals, 2 assists, 2 MotMs, average rating of 9.91 :D Managed to get decent positions of LCM in one and RS in another, but don't mind where I play.
 
I'm starting to buy into this "scripted" thing... I missed 10 one on ones, I'm not even joking and the guy scores a deflection. I'm not even joking
 
people seem to chip the keeper when they are one on one more often than trying to shoot properly, which is kind of dull and unrealistic.
 
The game started crashing for me yesterday after the update. It was weird that 2009 was doing the same as well. Out of the blue.

It crashed as soon as game started on multiplayer. I found a way to fix it though.
 
I never chip, I think it's cheap and unrealistic. You see a chipped goal maybe once in every 50 matches, maybe even 100.

I've believed it since FIFA 2003. Anytime Beckham or Ronaldo got the ball by the halfway line at 85 minutes then they were always guaranteed to score from 30 yards against me.

How do you fix that, as i have also experienced that with fifa 09 with multiplayer the game just gets stuck and crashes. Any help would be appreciated.

My Fifa's started saying 'Disc unreadable' etc. every now and then. Never used to and the disc is clean as it can be. Just further adds to the frustration.
 
Well played RonaldoVII, it get impossible to win though whenever the opponent can score from 40 yards without much effort.

Pretty much what I do on clubs. I get my 6ft7 lump from anywhere over the half way line and just shoot and 7/10 times it goes in. Or I can always lob the tiny keeper. Terrible game, shame it's what all my mates play.

Keep the PS button pressed and go to controller settings. Don't assign controller number 2 at all, assign it as number 3 or 4 or whatever, and viola.

Yeah that was fecked up. Next game our keeper was keeping everything that came at him out. Was great fun though, I thought we did pretty well. I think we only lost against higher ranked teams.
 
So many issues with this game it's unreal. I can't even play twoplayer anymore as it freezes.

My MM team is as follows..

Sagna Rio Vidic Evra
Carrick
Valencia Modric
Gourcuff
Rooney Berbatov​

Higuain is great option, use him on the left or up front and Macheda is pretty decent too. Evans/Pique backup defenders. Wanted Robben but due to wage issues despite having 60 mill transfer budget I had to settle for Modric.

Aye, some teams are just too good, but we had some really nice passing and understanding going on. I felt like we were better than most of them, only for them to win on individual performances with better pros.

Looks good. I've only just started spending in the 3rd season of my MM as I wanted to max out all of the upgrades. Current starting XI is:

Van der Sar
Dani Alves Ferdinand Vidic Evra
Essien
Ronaldo Berbatov Nani
Taylor (85) Rooney​

With the likes of Higuain, Ando, Valencia, Hargreaves, Carrick to come off the bench. Will probably get Messi and Casillas in the summer, depending on wage budget.

I did a season with United and decided it wasn't any fun to start at the top so I started a new MM with Southampton. I'm winning League One right now and I might stick with them until I gain promotion to the Premier League or unless I get offers form a big club (4 stars). It'll probably be a while until I get to United though

Another thing that is SO feckING IRRITATING is when a fecktard plays with a pacey team like Aston Villa and all he does is give it to a fast player and run with the ball so that none of your defenders can catch him. He beat me twice like this, scored 2 goals in each game in which Agbonlahor or Young ran all the way from the halfway line to the goal to score. My defenders sat there like rocks doing nothing, and when they were chasing after him I couldn't slide tackle as it would result in me getting sent off. On the other hand, I'm playing beautiful football but have each time I lose the ball all he would do is run with it, even if he was fecking in his 18 yard box. I want to rip the guy's head out, it is so mother fecking cheap dammit I want to beat the shit out of him.

I hate players who ruin the fun of the game like that.
