I know its not the games fault.. did I slag off EA at any point? No, i said the game mode was pathetic. In time it may be better, but having 4 people play at the back with their created strikers, and still try to score every 3 seconds just gets a bit frustrating.

As for my character, I understand it will take time to level him up, but it seems to be taking a long time to do it, and I would have thought simple finishes would be easy enough after I have completed 22/48 of the accomplishments. But apparently not, as I just managed to miss an open goal, for no apparent reason.

Anyway, to summarise, dont be cheeky, you knew what I meant.

Again your saying it wrong. The 'game mode' is not pathetic... its good and enjoyable when done properly, the twats are pathetic.

Most places have put up their prices now. You'll be lucky to get it for under £30 now.
 
Ive got my pro upto 82 but now when I try to play the game it freezes the console but if I sign in with a different account it works fine anyone know whats wrong or if their is anything I can do?
 
Do you people have any lag at all when playing online? My connection should mean I have almost no lag at all, and indeed I don't when playing other games (like TF2). I'm just afraid my University connection might have a router or two behind it, which would really suck if it meant I had lag and everyone else didn't. I might be imagining things, I'll check today :p
 
Just got through my first Manager Mode season. Won the league and FA Cup lost the League Cup final on penners.

Scoring a header form a cross is so rewarding and satisfying it's untrue.

But doing it from a created set-piece is amazing.

Owen is a super sub.

Van Der Sar saves everything.
 
I'm about 13 games into manager mode and i'm bored now. I get no satisfaction whatsoever panning teams 6 or 7 nil. Also, because i lost all the friendlies and the charity shield i'm still in danger of losing my job despite winning all 13 of my league games which is quite shoddy AI or whatever you wanna call it :wenger:

I'm not concerned though, the Multi-Player is where it's at for me. I've not tried it yet because my internet has been down since Friday but i'll be having a few games tonight i reckon.

Legendary. I didn't fanny around on any other difficulty to start off with which is why i lost all my friendlies. I see no point in playing on anything but the hardest setting.

Nah i don't think so. I just nipped on then to download the update because my internet's been down all weekend but won't have time to have a few online games. Will be on tomorrow though.

What exactly is in that update btw? Any noticeable changes?

Who's James Parkin? Out of the (very few) people I've played online on FIFA10, he's the one who I've had the least lag against. Very little, almost not noticeable. Perhaps due to where people are in the world? Where is he from? What about Renegade (who I still don't know who is :p)?

I am in london, I have 20meg broadband which may have helped
 
i havent played online yet, going to go on for my first match in the next day or so, is everyone on there picking madrid?
 
I walked to every single Tesco and ASDA in London, ended up paying £39 at GAME for it.
