If he's good enough, why not? His versatility is a unique selling point, as he's equally able to play LB and RB, as well as a winger or centrally, has a good injury record and runs around like Park Ji Sung. He's not like Dalot for example, who has a quality drop when being played as an emergency LB.
And btw, the Turkish fans, Brighton fans, BVB fans (they were linked with him prior to the Euros) all agree that he's a very good player. Him and Matt O'Riley are very good transfers and we should acknowledge the work done by Brighton in the recent years.
