Richarlison is out so Son will be playing central, where he doesn't look as good.

But I feel its kinda likely that Palmer will have a quiet game after his hat trick last night.

Maybe worth captaining Muniz against a makeshift Newcastle defence?
You can’t get soft penalties and deflections every game?

Looking at that Palmer form that's ridiculous.

5-13-15-20!!

Playing the 2nd crappest team in the league after Lu-on too.
Guaranteed 1 pointer then.

Currently starting

Neto
Gabriel White Ait Nouri
Son Saka Palmer Salah
Haaland Muniz Solanke

Bench
Petrovic

Garnacho, Gusto, Branthwaite.

1) Which captain? Palmer is tempting, but am on Haaland as it stands
2)Bench order right? Potential to see some points benched this week!

@Dirty Schwein @BeforeKeanetherewasRobson @CassiusClaymore @Cutch @Moby @therest

Yeah looks good. You might have some bench points there with Chelsea and Everton having great fixtures though.

Re: captain. I'm going Salah as it's a differential in my ml and I need to play on that. Go with your gut. I keep getting it wrong.

Having seen our centre back combo for Sunday, a Liverpool man might be the one!
But I've got to go with Palmer.

The bench is a risk, but Arsenal are strong defensively, and Ait Nouri is the classic out of position merchant.
Branthwaite I only brought in this week for a doubler in 34 and to remove Lascelles.

I’ve gone Haaland, maybe leaks pre deadline in the morning.

Same midfield (currently).

That’s a very good bench … I might move Branthwaite up, surely Everton can keep a CS v Burnley at home? Surely..

And I’d play Garnacho over Muniz but I’m (naively) still biased.

Feels like I have the strongest midfield possible with Son, Saka, Salah, Foden, Palmer. Cunha and Darwin up front isn't all that but feel like there aren't many other options worth burning a transfer for.

Salah with the armband, Palmer is the obvious one but have a feeling Sheffield won't budge that easily (and of course hoping that we are out for revenge after the FA Cup game and how atrocious your defending apparently was yesterday).

How are we worse than Sheffield United?

Yeah, but we were playing a decent team then

Sticking to my original plan.
Darwin to Jackson this week is now done despite 9 yellows and poor form.

Patrovic (Onana)
Burn, Gabriel, Udogie (Bradley, Van Hecke)
Salah, Palmer, Foden, Saka (Garnacho)
Haaland (c), Isak, Jackson

2,8M ITB

Next week plan is Saka to Son and the FH i 34.

Wan Bissaka really took the top off Salah last game though. Id say Klopp tries to make Salah switch either to striker or in a more free role to go up against Dalot or the central defence where everyone’s injured. Hmm I was on Palmer but maybe Salah is the better pick with all the injuries.

I'd argue that Saka has an easier match than Son next week. At home to Villa compared to away to Newcastle.

I don’t agree. That Newcastle defence is the most leaky in the league at the moment. Son is also one of the best attackers in the league on the break. Plus I have to get a Spurs player in for one of my Arsenal or Liverpool players next week before I play my FH. Porro/Trips coming in GW35, to maximize the 35 double and prepare for the 37 double BB

Hmm. Was going to hold my transfer but if Haaland is confirmed to start I may swap him for Morris a week early.

Just kidding...put that in to see if you were knocking about:drool:

No Foden so boring old Doughty to Gusto for me to prepare for the doubles and free up funds for Maddison/Saka to Foden next week...

Neto
Gusto Gabriel Udogie
Son Saka Maddison Palmer (VC) Salah (c)
Toney Haaland

Areola, Morris, Zab, Reg

Switched keepers over late doors.
The risk of 2 cleany-ing defence from the same team on the bench is too silly to risk.

Every risk any of the benchees get decent points but higher ceiling players start, so am happy with the logic, will see how the reality pans out!

Still have the armband on Haaland though I’m tempted by Salah (palmer and then son in that order). Think I’ll stick to cyborg. No Foden and he is due a haul. Just hate the early kick offs for a captain very much

Sticking with Salah captain. We don't have a defence, Palace seem alright defensively and Palmer hauls at home, not so much away

Foden benched.

I braved Pep roulette and brought Akanji in. Also on the bench.

Didn’t have time to bench Foden before the deadline. Lets hope he sits there for a full 90 and for a Nacho haul

Had KDB for a while like a lot of us did, then moved him out. Was weeks ago though and Salah probably matched his output over the last few weeks. Although we hope he does jack tomorrow!
