Need a Gabriel bullet header in this next game please and something from Bowen and Son this weekend. Liverpool v City is gonna be a horrific watch.

At least Luton conceded, so my Doughty non-punt is going better than the Morris one.
 
  • Ramsdale does the most stupid thing, and there goes my clean sheet for Saliba and Gabriel
  • Gabriel gets his header off the line and tops that off with a yellow card
  • We then move to my captain Solanke, who plays the worst defensive team in the league. He slips, and misses his penalty, following that up with a disallowed goal, while his team concedes 2 goals, and he does not even get an assist
  • We then move to my guy Garnacho, who gets 2 assists, but no bonus points. Lindelof gets one. To top the afternoon, he missed a few good chances
  • I then get a notification that Luton has scored in the dying minutes, so I'm thinking to myself, it has to be one from Morris, with the assist of Doughty or Barkley. You guess right, none of them are involved in the goal
I've played my bench boost, and I have 29 points from 10 players. Someone with Bowen or Schar will kill me in my mini-league tomorrow. This game is cursed.

Same thing with Gabriel, Saliba and Solanke. Only Doughty for me with Luton. Benched Garnacho with no bench boost. Saving that for a double GW towards the end of the season.

It's a low-scoring week for nearly everyone so you might actually come out of this fairly well. Even I'm on a green arrow with 12 points. :lol:

29 is kind of killing it so far. Apparently the top 10k have averaged 6.5 points from 6 players used. They have 5 players left, so do you and you're on average 22.5 points up on them so not all bad!

The real test is what happens when others play their BB I suppose.See how it all works out then.

I tripled captained Solanke and only seen that penalty miss this morning.

This season sucks :)

Out of the running for my cash league so will go completely leftfield for the rest of the season.

Will stick to the template on Fanteam as im currently in the money positions.
 
My gamble in making Solanke captain instead of Haaland this week didn't start well :lol:
 
The City game won't be a fun watch later having transferred out Haaland and benched Foden. Solanke captaincy is pain. 9 points from 6 players so far.
 
I can get 8 playing without a hit for 29. Use the free hit or just hope for the best? What would others do?
