Saka is never on when they get pens is he. Or he's given it to his mate. Annoying.

At least Gabbers didn't come on though. As I actually have a strong defender on the bench this week.

Reminds me of someone putting in Sam Greenwood a few years ago rather the Utd one, in happier times when he was simply a promising goalscorer.
 
I see Archer was benched today, meanwhile Semenyo started and scored for Bournemouth in the battle of the 4.5m forwards.

Might be one to keep an eye on.

I've not needed Archer's small contributions at any stage so far off my bench, but if Semenyo continues to start and I've got no transfers I need to make I could tinker there.
 
Looks like Neto will be out a while, big decisions to make.

Only Gordon or Hee Chan taking my fancy as direct replacements. Hee Chan probably suffers with no Neto in the same side.

Could go Neto out, 4.3 midfielder in, (Chukwuemeka back soon?) then use my second free transfer to change formation.

Neto and Archer out gives me 5.9m to find a starting forward. Nketiah/Wissa/João Pedro/Édouard etc.

Or could switch to 4 at the back, Neto and Kabore out, 4.3 mid in leaves 5.4m to spend on Saliba/Romero/Schar etc.

Was already toying with the idea of taking out Haaland plus one other after this week as well. That would now have to be Haaland and Neto to Alvarez/Wilson and Saka/Bowen with money to spend in future weeks.

Neto's injured? FFS I finally managed to save for two transfers and this nonsense happens.
 
Stupidest game that’s ever existed.

I have Gabriel in my team for gameweeks 1-3. He doesn’t start, drops in price, so I get rid. He plays 90 minutes every week for gameweeks 4-9. Wildcard, bring him in, doesn’t play. Stupid, stupid game.
 
Bowen to who for a hit? Can't afford to have bums who blank at home against Everton.

Decent run of fixtures coming for him though. Might be worth persevering and this match isn't over yet. Post your squad/available funds so we can have look.
 
Everton score. My keepers are destined to never keep a clean sheet. 2 out of 10.
 
I've subbed in and captained Ollie Watkins in case anyone's wondering why he's missing sitters.
 
Wish this game was like hockey where two players gets an assist. Two Liverpool goals and Salah would have gotten the second assist on both goals.
 
Feck Villa. Watkins blanks and Digne denied a clean sheet in ridiculous fashion.

At least Cash gets his CS as he was off by then.
 
Obviously Diaby returns a 14 pointer, sold him Friday as I really wanted to keep Alvarez for Bournemouth next week.
