Fantasy Premier League 22/23

Can’t see Grealish ever been nailed, but could see it with Foden. I thought Grealish would be benched today with Foden on the left and Mahrez starting.
Yeah Foden is Peps favourite but if the concerns on starting Mahrez alongside Haaland are correct then Grealish is the only other option. Bernardo is going as well so only Alvarez can possibly come into the picture (which he might tbf).

Worst gameweek 1 ever for a United fan playing this stupid game. I guess gameweek 2 can only get better. Only good thing Mitrovic and Liverpool I guess, but when we lost they are still 1 point ahead and City getting the league anyway.

I’m not bothered about Rashford. It’s a 6.5 million two week punt on someone who probably should have started the game OOP. He definitely had chances, so it’s wasn’t far off being a good choice.

I’d be more worried for those that went without Haaland. On pens too.

Sancho was such a stupid decision by me, think I’m going to already take him out and get… whoever really.

Haaland is an obvious captaincy pick for the next 4 games though which makes it doable to keep going without Salah and trying my luck, I guess.

Yeah I might have to keep an eye on Haalands price. I went with Kane in the last quarter last season waiting for him to come good, thought lightning wouldn't strike twice as he was scoring in preseason.

Come on Braut. Rip apart every single one of those millions who sold you after the charity shield.

Halaand and Salah the only positives to my weekend. United result went as poor as possible, Dalot missing out on a goal and wiping out Dunks clean sheet, while Rashford completely blanked

What a stupid move it was going Kane over Haaland. Chasing already after 1 GW.

Yeah Bailey and Rashford might as well have another week. Kane to Darwin for me looks the obvious move with everyone shifting him out for Haaland now. Will leave me £2.5m to upgrade either of the former in gw3.

From what I've seen quite happy to play Andreas and DaSilva in easier fixtures as well.

I had Haaland for weeks in my team. Last day before deadline, I swapped him for Kane because spurs had 9-0 saints at home. Ffs this game! Made him captain too!

"Can't score a tap in. Donkey. "

One miss in a glorified friendly and his ownership went from high 60s to mid 40s. Now the same mob will be desperate to get him back in before Bournemouth. You love to see it.

Didn't think I could dislike Kane any more. Grr.

If only it was known that Haaland was the pen man this season.

100% doing the Kane to Haaland switch tonight though. Very likely that'll be a 0.2m switch over the next few days.

It's not even kneejerk, as Kane was always a percentage risk based on a much easier fixture.
Unfortunately the score line backed that risk up, but Kane's involvement didn't!

Haaland has a run of "green" fixtures, so most of us without him were planning it anyway, but after this it'd be insane not to.

Going with Kane for GW1 was completely fine. I was on Kane from the first day itself. It's the morons who were on Haaland initially, watched that community shield and thought "this guy won't score goals" and shifted. Utterly brain-dead as far as having any idea about the sport goes.

I actually decided based on the game that there's no way I can go without him and that's what made me go with both. If he's getting those kinda open chances vs the best defense in the league he's gonna rip apart the other defenses. Only question was fitness which was perfectly answered with him getting 90 minutes.

I was referring more to the crazy ownership drop he had after that miss. Same bunch who make their transfers a week before the next deadline and cause a volatile price change market.

Mahrez... Told y'all he ain't guaranteed despite whoever leaves their team. He's just a trap. Always will be under Pep.

In other news, Haaland .. I love it how people are shocked... Like West Ham are some prime AC Milan

A player like Haaland in a team like City will score against any fecking team.

73... A very good start to the season. Let down by Rashy but that's United right? A bunch of disappointing cnuts.

Is Darwin definitely the man to get in?

Wasn’t he ’lucky’ yesterday?

I mean yeah slightly but he's gonna score a shed load isn't he lets be honest. Lucky or not. I don't see Firmino keeping him out for much longer (if at all after yesterday) and Jota is still injured.

I see it as getting a jump on everyone without him who will be bringing in Haaland for Kane this week instead.
