Also congrats to everyone that went with KDB rather than Salah on FH/WC - here I’ve seen a few cool drafts with Kevin, mammoth score and what a differential
 
Having a mare of a week

Put Sanchez in instead of Steele 8 points (Iversen in goal
Took out Mings for Dunk 14 points
Benched Stones and played Martinelli 8 points

Not confident about Grealish starting both games at the weekend either

I’ve 10 doubles for GW34 but it such a template team I can’t gain ground but can lose ground :lol:

Not sure whether to Free Hit or TC Haaland in 34…

What would you lot do if you had both left (have no other chips).

Rival who’s 30 points ahead will almost certainly TC Haaland in 34.

If I don’t FH, I’ll probably also take at least a - 4 / 8.

Depends on the team. -4 is not much, can you field at least 7-8 solid Dgw players? Perhaps now is a slightly “safer” moment to play TC than in 37 when it’s all done and dusted and you won’t know if Haaland keeps playing at that point, it’s worth checking the fixture congestion then. I’d be probably tempted to TC here just because it’s only Haaland you want to use it on (although earlier in the season it was Rashford TCers who got it right, including lad first in overall rank) and his minutes seem more certain, FH can come handy later.
 
I have a GK, DEF and FORWARD to bring in for DGW. Go big or go home.

Who should the combo be if I have £18.5 million to do it? (Already have TAA and Estupinan playing)

Any combos to suggest?
 
Did Jota come out injured ? Hoping to avoid a knee jerk reaction after this GW. He still looks solid but might think about downgrading him and getting KDB for Saka or Martinelli or Grealish
 
65 points with 3 to go. People say that everyone has Haaland as captain but that Haaland's goal in 95th minute gave me huge boost. From 40k to 16k this gw.

For -8; Saka/White/Toney for Kdb and two bench options. Worth it? Or just play it "safe" with Grealish or Mahrez instead of Saka?
What is your opinion?

Don't think the hit is worth it personally.
 
KDB v Salah...? The obvious pick this very moment is KDB but just worried about rotation obviously...
 
The better team I have the worse I do and the more shitty it looks the better I often do.

This week if I had a free hit I would not have changed much apart from keeper really with Pope over Kepa and possibly gone for Maddison etc.

Stones, KDB, Haaland seems the big money option.

Tough call on playing Isak or Trips. Going with the striker.

I went Salah because my rival has him but you can go KDB mate.

He's bang in form but it was obviously a gameplan to get him running through the lines in midfield last night. Don't expect similar hauls in every game. Classic points chasing.

Is it worth another -4 to get in Stones and cover City defence as well? Would probably bench Shaw.

Hmm... My rival has Salah too. I might just try block him as he's cut my 30 lead to 10.

Don't think the hit is worth it as City always seem to concede.
 
Hmmm, a pretty poor week so far, been knocked off top spot in my private league thanks to Moreno and Gakpo.

Really need Bruno ( to play and get some returns ) and Rashford to fire tonight.

Brining in Salah and TAA for GW34

Yeah difference between me and my rival is just over 30 points (in in my favour)

Only players we have different now are -

Me : DDG, Raya, Gabriel, MacAllister
Him : Ederson, Iversen, Botman, Mitoma

He's got the slight edge there with the extra City cover (surely they keep at least one clean in 34) but not enough to make up the gap. I can also bring in Schar for Gabriel who's a much better pick than Botman and with my other free transfer before Brightons next double I can swap Mac Allister for Mitoma to cover that as well if he keeps playing at 8.

I really wanted to do Stones and Jota last night but TAA playing in midfield is essential isn't he. A proper gap closer if/when Liverpool finally keep a clean sheet. He's getting assists every game now and a haul is coming. Maybe I should've just done KDB instead of Salah but it's done now so sod it.

37 - KDB for Salah
38 - Probaly bring in an Arsenal attacker

But the CL game is not till the 9th May. The next two games, Fulham and West Ham, are on 30th Apr and 3rd May. I think KDB plays that as winning those two games will mean they are above Arsenal in the table, finally. He might get benched for their 6th May game against Leeds at home.

Yeah I agree. Unless his injury is something that could worsen it considerably by not giving it a rest. Happy to see him flagged anyway as it'll put some off.
