Fantasy Premier League 22/23

My worst week in a long time. 29 points with Trippier, Bot, Rashy & Kane to go. My main rival has all 4. My closest rival has two of them but he's like 25 points clear of me on this week's points...

Need to get next week spot on.
 
Not even an assist for Saka but might get us a Haaland bonus.

Watkins likely gonna go with a major punt in Martial... who I had in for this week to allow for 2 transfers next week, but couldn't take that risk. Hindsight is everything!

Martial is interesting, although has burnt us all before.

In form Villa and Brighton away isn't a great combo though.

How the heck can Holding have a miserable game, yet get away with tapping one in from a few yards, over Haaland who has been incredible and laid on 2 goals!?

Least it's a midweek we can quickly forget. Weekend poor hauls feel worse.

Martinelli, Jota, Grealish, Dunk, Toney, Mitoma all with one and two pointers. Rico Henry my second top scorer with five. Week needs to end.
 
No WC for me but clearly it'll be Rashie for Martinelli

Difficult pick that, as Grealish could well have had his purple patch. Mahrez has 4 or 5 double digits in him a season, but ha a tonneload of 1 pointers too.

Might aim for KDB, Haaland and Stones to be honest. Rival may well do the same is the problem, but he's a FH so can't maintain everyone going forward.

TAA, Salah, Stones, KDB, Haaland, Rashy, keep Trippier, Botman (or have his partner who gets attacking spoils), Mitoma, Estu....see how all that pans out to try and cover the 3 double weeks left.
 
Haaland should focus on scoring, not waving that fecking mane

I’m having a poor season so far. Was 335k before today with 2051, but at least after today I’ll be having a shot at all my mini leagues.
 
I'd say those Haaland points are pointless, but theres more Salah and/or Watkins whoppers than I thought :lol:

Don't forget matey in my league who has left it Rashy captain and Haaland vice the last 3 weeks.
Got away with an auto sub first week, no captain 2nd week, and he'll need something damn special tomorrow!

The more annoying thing with that is Grealish almost played the full 90min(while Foden is back and getting an assist) so he is definitely going to be on the bench for the weekend. Pep roulette is the worst.
 
47 with Trippier Rashford and Kane to play. If I had not missed the Kepa to Raya switch by the deadline, could have been better.

46 and red arrows so far, insane, hoped Steele would carry me! Who do people have, de Bruyne? At least TAA, Salah, Jota combo didn’t punish me too hard… 2 points of the top of the Caf league with 4 players to go, lad above me has 4 too, so it’s essentially mine Kane + Botman vs his Isak + Shaw. Intense as feck


Now for the disappointments - Grealish obscene, I wonder if he’s even good for the DGW but probably can’t waste a transfer there. Chilwell and Chelsea seem beyond redemption. The fact I have MacA and not March as my second BHA mid is also rather unpleasant.

Transfers of City and Arsenal players are on fire in last 10 minutes. Nobody was above 100% 10 min ago on price change predictor.
Now 7 of them are.
 
49 with Solanke and Trippier to play. Looks like a 55 round max, but no idea if that will take me up or down.
My rival has 51 with Kane and Trippier so he is probably going to catch 10 points on me this round, wich takes my lead down typ 20 points.

Need to smash him next week.
