What’s the blue and purple mean?

Was doing transfers this morning and took Duran out. The ONLY reason I kept him was I was £0.1m of moving him to one of two decent options… first good fortune of the season.

*EDIT* Duran booked and subbed… dropping him out of BPS mix. Moron.

I wouldn't say so, no. I don't look at the overall thing to be honest, more the seperate ones and even then not so much at the colours. It's the numbers.

Looks like they're projecting Spurs 2.12 - 1.95 Liverpool. Blue for Spurs attack (looks like the threshold is 2), pink for Spurs defence, not quite at the red limit. A 2-2 draw essentially.

Not sure when it updates either, things might change.

Is that fair? Colour-wise I think it's off if someone was exclusively going off that. Blue for attack + pink for defence shouldn't be blue overall I'd have thought.

Are the numbers reasonable? I don't think they're too bad. Think we can definitely expect goals and from what I remember the numbers were similar for Spurs v Chelsea. Spurs are one of the highest scorers, particularly at home and have a mediocre defence. Liverpool started great defensively, not been quite as a good of late and their last 3 away games were 2-2, 2-3 and 3-3.

Not saying it can't happen but I wouldn't really be confident of either team to keep a clean sheet.

Between him and Ait-Nouri, it's another week, another hit then! I had such wonderful dreams of mini-wildcards at the start of the season but not once have I had more than 2 FTs saved.

…. footballer or not, hit someone unprovoked and/or from behind, you deserve everything coming to you. There’s so much money in top football now, a lot of footballers live in a bubble and think they’re gods because their agent/manager/fans/“mates” tell them so often.
 
How long do they normally take to sort these bans out? Ie; any chance Cunha gets his ban after he plays Leicester?

I think if it's coming it will be in the next few days and would only be delayed if they appeal it which would be foolish given the clear video evidence.

I made a mistake bringing him in for Wood but thankfully it hasn't cost me any points yet. I can't get to Isak or Jackson so I think reversing it is the smartest thing to do.

Just got to decide on Timber or Robinson as replacement for RAN.

Ditto. It's destroying me this season. Fully expect a huge Palmer haul tomorrow as my rival has him captained. The one week he doesn't own Salah as well so really wanted to capitalise on that.

A lot of modern players are really hard to like and so far away from what I grew up with (hard yes, violent at times yes, but not this spoiled baby crap).

Hope PL ban him for five and Wolves check contract small print and fine him as much as possible.

 
Got Isak and Robinson for Solanke and Ait-Nouri...took a -4 because Isak's price is going up fast and Spurs will play Liverpool next, although Isak massively fecked me over in the beginning of the season.

Anyways, it's only Strand Larsen I need to get rid of now.

We've got pretty shit fixtures and he's played deeper at times, so I ended up getting rid of him. He's still returned a couple of games though so I'd see how he does today but there might be better options.

Ait Nouri out for Robinson.

Biggest problem is also trying to get rid of Pedro, Cunha and Verbruggen who has been a steaming pile of shit. Trent also in the mix who I only brought in for the Everton and Fulham games, just never worth the money and went against myself knowing that.
 
Was thinking of getting Bruno too at some point too but it's a few weeks off, agree that all this playing deeper stuff at times isn't the best.

Got no real plan right now. Like all Cunha owners, might have to react to what happened with him yesterday that so was thinking if I went Cunha > Raul it would free up a bit of money. Would still be short of reaching Bruno at that point but Jackson > Wood would then enable Semenyo > Bruno.

Jackson still on those 4 yellows, dodged the 5th for ages now hasn't he? Hopefully that doesn't hit today. Don't need Cunha and Jackson both potentially missing next week. He's also at the point where he's avoided the 5th for so long that he might just avoid the ban alttogether - got to get past week 19 I believe?
