I have a grand total of 15 points from 5 players. Absolutely pathetic
Might bin off Mane (who I captained) but not sure if I go to KDB or Salah. However at other times Mane has been the one to have.

Yeah has become like my tradition to do a knee jerk wildcard second week. I treat WCs differently though because the league I play in with mates allows a bit more freedom with transfers.
Hopefully Auba leaves Arsenal, it would open up a lot of possibilities rather than having to shoe him in and being largely restricted elsewhere

I thought Id be contrarian and go for Mane over Salah as well and obviously regret it massively now - Im dumping him now for Bruno or KDB

Some people don't care about overall rank and don't take the points away from hits in their private leagues.
We are but we have hit allocation each and even if you don't want any paid transfers, you need to do them in order to meet that, for example.
Nah. He's brilliant and will get big scores but I can't justify having a premium player that isn't guaranteed starter and even if he starts, won't play 90 minutes. With premiums, you need the confidence in them to Captain them. You can't do that with the Pep Guardiola is my idol calling the shots.
Is it worth me taking a -4 hit to replace Saliba with another 4.5 or 5.0 defender?
I already planned to bring Martial and KDB in in GWs 2/3 so I don't have the space for another free transfer until after those.
If I wait until GW4;
a) I don't have space for another transfer, if someone else gets injured, dropped or starts the season looking terrible (potentially my risky bets on Werner/ Havertz).
b) I could lose value if Saliba drops. Though on the other hand, I can swap him for a 5.5 defender (e.g. AWB) if he doesn't drop and KDB doesn't rise - probably unlikely.
c) I'm reliant on Vinagre vs. City in GW2 and two of KWP @ Burnley, Vinagre @ West Ham and Ayling @ Shef Utd. Not brilliant.

If you have subs, use them. That's what they're there for. Taking a hit should be the last resort.
Don't take a hit for a defender. Ride it out till you can make a free transfer.

Mane was cheaper last year. Now he is on par with Salah ,means Salah is always a better choice since he takes penalties as well.
Feels like there is a big risk for price drops for all your players now even the big boys. Going to make transfers harder to do before you wildcard.

Only one for that price is Gomez and he hardly does anything except clean sheets. I could do Digne to Robertson if I downgrade Tierney to Vinagre or Justin but as cumulative this will probably end up being less.

Podence could be and Neto too if they start. Not sure they are nailed on though.
I've binned Mane and put in Salah, most of the people seem to have him so it will at least cover that

Im conflicted over TAA as he seems to leak a goal quite often, though the points he gets from goals tends to outweigh it and so many people have him. He is so expensive though, if he keeps losing points he will have to be binned and ill upgrade in mid field

I have 69 point and I was sort of dissapointed thinking oh I want this player and that player but then I realised listen calm down you've got a good set of points. No point making a transfer based off 1 week.
