Good move. I might regret not going with Digne . He is not getting attacking returns recently which is why I picked TAA, but Everton do not concede many goals and they got one more game to be played.
I feel going for TAA could be a great move and Liverpool conceding is always fun anyways. Pure objectivly then I think TAA is slightly too expensive for his value. There is poor value in the midfield market right now I think particular with Son blanking. Thus spending big in midfield might have been a better move for me.
Remember Arsenal had Martinez.

Tbf Leno is a pretty good keeper.
18 hits. 5 hits the last 3 weeks. It is too much, but I have had 6 injuries to deal with plus the double for Spurs and blank for Spurs.
I think there is only one hit this season that I very clearly do regret and think my reasoning was poor.
That is taking Dallas out for Phillips before Dallas huge haul. I did it cause I did not want to play Dallas for the next 3 games and particular not vs City which I think made sense. I also liked Liverpools fixtures plus he was cheap and that extra cash I had plans to use..
Problem with that move was I blocked myself with a Pool spot and also blocked any viable exit plans for Phillips since there are no other good players that cheap.
Thus if Phillips would get injured it would ruin all my plans basically and force me to uppgrade him or keep and block TAA. As so happens he did get injured so it was a huge risk and Phillips quality is not high enough to justify such plan.
Lesson learned is that go 3 players in a team is always very risky. Best stick with 2 unless you are sure you are getting 3 brilliant player both in terms of value, form and overall quality.

One day he might show it. I don't think there's a stat Leno beats Martinez on... GC per game, shots saved %, clean sheets (not all him I know). I think he does win on errors leading to goals.
But .. that wasn't my point. I've got nothing against Leno (apart from the useless fecking tw@t costing me FF points), more about Arsenal having a goalie and loaning him out again and again before selling him after what.... a dozen PL appearances. He wasn't awful and magically turned into a decent goalie for Villa.

For this week yes I think it made more sense I think. Everton-Arsenal did feel like a low scoring game.
West Ham decent in attack. Of course Mendy might get save points and a big haul if he keeps a clean sheet vs West Ham.
I think Leno had great potential this week for a clean sheet though. Just did not expect him to make such a huge error.
I don't think I would recommend buying either one right now though. Ryan and Kepa too big factor. What a nightmare having both of them last week though.

I'm in one league where the guy took my advice to take hits out of the cup matchups, but he didn't apply the same thing to his manager of the month awards.
Mad really, as in effect someone who had no chance of the big prizes, could just make 11 transfers each week to in effect have a wildcard every week, and then win the manager of the month £30!

Probably too late in the season (unless really tight) but if you have the time, this is a good way to do your FF team. I pick mine based on form and fixtures but then I'm reactive rather than looking forward and thinking "that change then"

Next week maybe I bench him we will see. I rather play Greenwood, but logically Salah is the better pick even though I think we will get a result.

Last weeks have been too ideal with Cavani and Greenwood scoring most goals. I think I deserve to get hurt by Bruno tomorrow and I will enjoy it against Leeds.
