Right I've committed to either free hit or wildcard for the next gw.
Salah, Justin, Taylor and Forster out for Rashford, Cresswell, Dias, Martinez. Won't want the the first four either way next week (buying Salah back for the double. I'm not a complete idiot).

I think you should be fine. The biggest fear is probably a Zouma corner goal and 15 point haul. My guess is 1 point for him though and 2 for Wilson.
That Wilson is a bloody Messi this year. In shit team he always gets penalty or some weird goal. And yeah, Zouma.....i hope that City will do the job

What's the difference between Wildcard and Free Hit then?
Which is what I thought, despite someone treating me like some sort of idiot for suggesting that the Free Hit is exactly what it states above. Therefore, it's perfect for GW 18, is it not?

I'm going to have Mitchell (6 points) and Soucek (11 points) sat on my bench. I missed the deadline and didn't put Mitchell in for Dallas, but I never intended on starting Soucek to be honest. Still a bummer.
Depends on your team. I've got potentially 12 players in GW18 and can save a transfer in the process so it would be a waste for me.
I only have 7 players, so it's probably going to work out for me.
Potentially. Alternatively you could take a couple of hits and get United/City players who have good fixtures in GW18 and a DGW19.
There’s still two weeks until week 19. It might be short term. Would love Adams being rested today though, 11 points for Soucek off the bench.
I did consider that too, I have 2 free transfers anyway.
That and Vesty out would be outrageous fortune for Liverpool. Should be a decently hard game otherwise.

I am thinking. If you have multiple accounts; you can focus only on cup. Every gw you make 7,8 changes because you don't care about minus points on that other accounts.

That wouldn't get you very far though would it. As you'd take 20-24 points hit off your weekly score and very likely get knocked out very quickly.
They'll have a squad of 25 declared so can very easily field the requisite 14.
They still have the likes of Aguero, Mahrez and Fernandinho on the bench.
On another note, bloody Justin and Leicester. Cruising to a cleany then in one min he gets booked and they concede.

That Justin booking and Newcastle goal has cost me in the FPL cup. My opponent now has 75 points with Salah to play. I have 61 with Walcott, KWP and Salah left. In an ideal world Salah doesn't play and Soucek comes in and I'd need 6 points from KWP and Walcott.

As I am so on the fence about free hitting, it may well be down to my opponent in the next round of the FPL cup. I should qualify now unless Mason Mount scores a hat trick.

I think that confirms to everyone that De Bruyne is essential for this double!
Brought Son and Kane in for him and DCL which will definitely work out as an overall body of work.

Yeah I think I’m going to take a hit to swap Salah for KDB for the double. I hope Salah can match him this week, as so far KDB is wiping out the 15 point lead I had over my mini league leader this week.
