Can't knock a 44 pointer from one team! Especially after 31 in total last week!!

Shows what a loss that Fulham fixture could have been - game changing points hauls - but we'll gladly take today and move on.


Glad to have got the best captain - although fairly narrow diffence between the two Tottenham boys and Bruno.

A surprise start from Mitchell! Took a risk and put him in the team over a Southampton defender, after he started the last game. Hoping for a goodbye present before I finally ship him out next week.

67 with just triple Liverpool (Salah, Trent and Robbo) to come. A long wait until Monday 20:00 for that match, with five games in the interim.

Up against what is all but a ghost team in the cup, but one that has had 22 from four so far (Lloris, Dier, Grealish and Bamford). Because of injuries and COVID, I imagine Azpi, Laporte and Ake could all play for them. Vardy captain there too, Barnes and Zaha against Sheff Utd. This one may well be tight.
 
I feel 42 should be good normally, but this week all big guys have performed so far.

Days with green arrows feel long gone!

Most of my players sucked. I am just in mid 40s thanks to Bruno, Kane and Coufal.
So once again, it is Salah or bust time.

Time to throw out DCL and get someone more useful I guess.
 
If we take a freehit now, can we rescind it before GW18? I mean choose not to take freehit, if fixtures change?
 
Quick question lads...I'm looking to use my free hit in gameweek 18 but just want to know could I use it now and change my team around and keep changing it without any points deduction?

Like I could hit it now but I could end up changing it every few times before I get the right settled team before the deadline so just wondering how to use it properly

Yeah you can change your team as much as you want
 
If I make a transfer, confirm it, THEN play my Free Hit, will that transfer I made stay permanent or will my team be completely reset to the previous gameweek once the current one is finished?
 
61 with Leno, Dias, De Bruyne, and JWP to go. Would love to hit 80 points this week.
 
If I free hit for the next GW, can I make unlimited changes during the time? I.e. I can make a free hit team now, save it, and then change it as many times as I Want before the deadline without point deduction?
 
Thinks it risky playing a free hit with the deadline so far away. Covid infections ramp up and the premier league call a break and voila you've just wasted the best chip in the game.

49 plus bonus points, with Dias, Mc Carthey, Neto, Fofana and Vardy to play. 70 points and I’d be happy. Soucek on the bench so hopefully Neto is rested, give me another 11 points..

Hopefully Cancelo is fine - as I need him to get a 2 pointer for a couple of rivals to stop 6 pointers coming in :)

Pep made some comment about people would be surprised at the big players missing from their lineup.
But everyone knows about Walker and Jesus. So does Ederson and a couple of youth teamers make anyone surprised? Maybe one is another major player?

An app I use for score updates says Walker, Ederson, Jesus and Garcia won’t play.

Doesn’t say why just that they are unavailable. Jesus and Walker we already knew about and Ederson was reported as one the players that resulted in the Everton game being called off so I think it’s fair to assume it’s accurate

Ive manager to wangle mine to have 10 outfield players available.

no keeper available but 2 on the bench that might come in if any of my ten don’t play.

Think I’ll FH or WC for GW19 depending on how many players I’ve got playing twice

Come on guys - it's all in the rules and answered on here repeatedly :lol:

Your free hit overrides any transfers - they become part of the free hit. And re-set to your original team the next week.

Basically if you saved a transfer and do your free hit - you lose one of those 2 saved transfers. You won't still have 2 the next week.

Not bench boosting or wildcarding in gw19 neither as I think its not worth it as Id like to continue with my core of

Son-Bruno-Salah-Grealish
Kane-Bamford

Id like KdB in gw19, but he's been shit lately, and im not sure he'll turn up like Kane+Son vs Sheffield United
