The game could have panned out quite differently but they didn't put those chances away - it's looking like like 7-8 at this point. I'm not sure why i never jumped on the Robertson bandwagon looking at the amount of assist he's had since the start of last season - maybe it's the price that puts me off.

Salah's done something already, top top FPL player. Well actually player in general.

Wondered if our work leader would do Mahrez to Son.
Surprisingly he doesn't so he has Mahrez still.

Knowing his luck Mahrez either comes on and scores, or Klich as 1st sub scores a pen v us!

Goal and assist for Salah now. Really need Bruno to regain some form against L**ds for my captaincy choice to have paid off.

Was very annoyed I captained Salah this morning.

I feel dirty I’m happy he’s bagged two. Suppose Liverpool were winning this no matter what

I was stewing all night about this captaincy. I was about to go back to Mahrez but something just made me want to back Bruno. We score loads of goals, so do Leeds. Why not back it. If Mahrez goes crazy today and Bruno fails I will not post till next game week! Haha.

Despite the info being correct, my apologies for influencing your decisions away from Salah!

Despite me being the one posting that lineup, I actually stuck with Salah. I can't believe I've got away with it. My ML rival sold him to bring in KDB so this is a good start to the gameweek!

That's okay. It's a freak result. Crystal is so bad and Pool are too good this time. It's not always for a sub to make that many goals. I don't regret making the last min switch. He's still in my 11 so I got the 14 pts which is great :drool:.

2 goals and an assist in 33 mins. Damn freaks!

Looks like 26 from Salah and Robbo. A good start, made better by:
  • Robbo being the 2nd highest scoring defender and only owned by 18.6%
  • Plenty of people moving the armband off Salah last night and this morning. Personally had him as VC and no regrets switching that to Grealish with Bruno the big C.

Yeah I just need Kane, Son, Bruno, Maddison, and DCL to each score a hatrick to restore parity with the dickheads in my leagues who had Robertson, Salah and Firmino in their team.
 
Fecking hell. I only have 1pt from Cutis Jones who is first on my bench :lol:

Made my transfer for next GW early now with Vardy and Neto out for Salah and Fabio Silva for -4. Was considering taking KDB directly for Salah but City at home to Newcastle is good a game to get rid on.

I'll use my wildcard the following week so may bring Neto straight back in.

Risky to make an early move this week with LC QFs and players certainly mixing with families and being re-tested for COVID before and after Xmas.
 
Wasn't too worried about Salah being benched to be honest. Knew klopp would likely give him half an hour either way and against tired legs that's enough for the likes of him. Wasn't going to be my captain anyway but kept him in the starting lineup
