Fantasy Premier League 20/21

Something feels off about KDB this season, for such a perfect striker of the ball that penalty was really bad.

I was thinking of bringing him in but might go for Sterling instead, but he hasn't done much either.

I'd wait until after the Spurs game for Sterling. That run of fixtures coming up is the type that Sterling pads his stats in when City will be thrashing teams by 4-5 goals

Sterling has been shite. De Bruyne would have had a goal and an assist if not for a rare moment of error from him. Playing in a super advanced role and central to every one of their attacks. With Gabriel back they have a focal point up front as well and with their upcoming run I'm gonna surely have him in my team. Was the right time to bring him in this GW and if not for a couple of inches there I was on course for a really nice differential. But either ways still someone I'd surely have right now.

Why are people insisting on putting City attackers in when it's clear as day they aren't delivering. I'm staying far away until I see consistent returns for them. It's not like they are at the price point where it's okay to take a punt either, some of the most expensive players in the game.

This city team needs fresh legs, new life. Looks stale, void of ideas. They look bored and a level below what they were a couple seasons ago

Sounds bullish, l o l, it will leave me with a lot of money in the bank, which I'll be tempted to spend on some other trinket.

btw, why is Adam's price dropping?

He had big ownership at the beginning but people started dumping him in the first 4 games as Wilson, DCL, Bamford and Maupay became flavor of the month and priced close. He still had excellent metrics and has been great since Chelsea game. I expect him to go back to £6.0m soon.

Those £2.5m or so that you will save can upgrade most of your defense probably, or get you a very significant upgrade in midfield.

YESS!!! Foden didn't come on!! 6 pointer from Lamptey come to papa.

Real touch of luck there as he was kitted out and ready to come on at 86, yet somehow didn't come on for the last 9mins. Phew.

Exactly. They are picking them based on their name only.

Bruno for example costs 1.0 less than De Bruyne. Bruno has 5 goals and 3 assists whereas De Bruyne has 1 goal and 3 assists.

Need to hear TAA is out for a bit and then can finally unlock that mad 7.4m price elsewhere

Bare in mind that I picked up DCL and Son, just as their purple patches ended.

Alright, you've sold it to me, but I might be asking for my money back later :D

58 when bonus is added.
Still have 3 Villa players in this next game, but away at Arsenal anything from them is a bonus!
Presume Ziyech went up overnight already? He's on 56% to go up now, so will probably think about Foden to him for a day or so, and hope to hear what TAA news is

Who out of the most expensive players are performing to their value?

So far Salah Mane Son Kane Vardy and Bruno and that’s about it. The pricey defenders have been a bit of a bust so far. City or Arsenal haven’t got going yet. Same with our lads bar Bruno. Chelsea slowly getting there

Jota, Zaha, or Grealish for Son?

Grealish on current form but if Jota is now a starter he’s probably going to end up doing something similar to Mason last year and he’s still very affordable.

Bloody VAR again! That celebration of Grealish assist points, without even a thought that it's going to be chalked off, and then they find that. Dreadful.

Feck it Grealish for Son, Jota for Hamez in a few weeks after their easy run.

I need the Son cash to draft in Chilwell and Cresswell.

Need Lacazette to score to help me in the Fantasy Draft, and need Barkley to score to help my proper Fantasy Team.

Sky showing Grealish with an assist but FPL saying he hasn't?

Some good points here, after watching City a few times this season they don't look as dangerous as previous.

In the space of four games they have Burnley, Fulham and West Brom at home. Arguably three of their easiest fixtures this season. They routinely thrash these teams.

That’s sealed it for me. Im getting Watkins as well as Grealish for the fixture turn. I’m tempted to just do it now regardless of the break, as I can’t be bothered to keep an eye on the prices for the next few days.
