Took Kane out too..so I fear the worst there...

not sure If I actually joined Redcafe this season...but miles down, worst season in 7.

Please let De Gea and Martial rescue things...then roll on what should still be a good double game week with the bench boost!

At least Sakho being rested now might mean he's less likely to be rotated next week.

Wildcarding for the bench boost next week was always going to leave us disadvantaged this week, I think. We just have to hope our picks make up for it over the next few games...

Fingers crossed. I can't see a lot in my league having had the nous to wildcard this week for the BB next...I think they will just WC direct.
Captain is a big call next week. Aguero, Lukaku, Sanchez, Martial with doubles. Sanchez at the moment for me..

Yep, I'm on Sanchez too. Seems the safest bet atm. Though Aguero is facing Newcastle...
 
My original plan for next weekend was...

Mahrez / Vardy > Sanchez / Rashford (-4)

And Triple Captain Sanchez for his two home games (Palace WBA) . Rashford also has two good home games (Villa Palace)

Is this still a good idea given Vardy scored two while Rashford was taken off at half time?

This is about the only way I can fit Sanchez in.

I was going to put Rashford in to get a huge midfield, plus Payet. But Rooney's back anyway, so there's no way Rashford will play two.
Sanchez is must have material this week though.

But the Leicester duo will be a risk this week!

But surely Rooney is not going to come straight back in and play 2 X 90 mins in a few days? Don't you still fancy Rashford to get one start (maybe against Villa with Rooney coming off the bench) and maybe a sub appearance in the other?
 
Ok ozil out Sanchez in as triple captain... This better work because I have a sneaky feeling aguero will hammer Newcastle...

Ive got the same decision to make. Straight choice between aguero and sanchez for triple captain. Aguero could get a hatful against a Chelsea side who have given up and bloody Newcastle.

Chelsea will probably turn it up as they do in the games against big teams. Arsenal however play amazing when there is no title talk or pressure. That's how I made my decision.

:lol: I must have jinxed Lukaku because I also tripled captain him. What a waste. His and Everton's performance the last few weeks has been appalling. I hope I can be more lucky with bench boost next week as my entire team is playing twice.

Can't decide whether to Aguero triple captain or bench boost this week. I can have every starting player with 2 games leaving Kane, Alli and Alderweireld on my bench.
 
Help...

Trying to work out if making 4 transfers (12 points) to get 10 double playing and then adding bench boost is worth it over making 1 or 2 transfers and having a team of 8 or so double playing. Assessing my main leagues, I'm 2nd in one and top of another. Nowhere close in Caf one. Most will have 6 or 7 playing twice. Looking to gain advantages but keep options available for next gameweek too.

Hennessy Courtois
Simpson Bellerin Ward Williams Targett
Alli Ozil Barkley Payet Mahrez
Aguero Kane Lukaku

Consideration:
Hennessy FOSTER
Simpson Bellerin Ward MORENO TFM
Alli Ozil COUTINHO Payet Mahrez
Aguero Kane Lukaku

Simpson, Mahrez, Kane, Alli will remain regardless.
 
Kin Van Gaal. Put Martial in because I thought he was safest bet to keep his place and get some points in this dgw with Rooney back.

I might as well just pluck names out of a hat.
 
Big week, mixed start. Got Newcastle and United clean sheets but also had Martial and Nasri. Didn't captain Aguero either. :/
 
Toyed with Sanchez or Aguero triple captain all week. Changed my mind numerous times, of course opted for Sanchez.
 
Three Liverpool players who didn't start and two Arsenal defenders who manage to concede to one of the worst sides in the PL. Things aren't going according to plan...
 
Ended up on 81 (with a -8 hit) for this week thanks to Firmino, Bolasie, Sanchez and Aguero. Though I captained Sanchez over Aguero so should have been more. Used Bench boost but might be wasted as TFM, Lukaku, Martial, Coutinho, Sakho were all benched! Up to 2nd in the Redcafe league though so can't complain!

Also, I have a member in the Newbie forum asking for the code to join, can someone PM it to me or to @abbyr50 please ?

Link to the code in the OP. But I'm not sure new entries should be allowed at this stage. People might have made changes in order to win this league and then 3 weeks before the end someone new joins. Seems a bit unfair.

I'm just 11p behind you. We've got 10 same players including captain. Hopefully the right United defenders (and not the cheap shit you've got) will cover the deficit.

Ha that is blasphemy calling TFM cheap shit! Teams are identical. Great minds... Do you have any other chips available ?
 
So was tossing up between Aguero or Sanchez as triple captain. Settled on Sanchez :mad:

Lukaku and Barkley continue to do feck all. I only got them for their two double game weeks. With one match to go, they have so far got me a turd.

He is cheap shit FPL wise as long as he isn't nailed on :p

I've got triple captain and the useless one remaining. Got myself covered for GW35 as well with 10 players (just need a GK). You only seem to have 8 players. We're both doomed if LFC players and Aguero are rested before Europe (very likely).

Indeed. It's going to take a few hits and I will probably just go with the 10 players that week. Klopps rotation has caught me out!
 
4 players aren't playing for me after this GW. And then the goblin Vardy got himself suspended. Will have to take a huge hit to even have 11 players on the field next weekend. :rolleyes:

Knowing Lukakau that waste of scouser space, he'll come on during the 88th minute. Him and Barkley have really got on my nerves this past couple of months

When ever I put Barkley in my team he did nothing and as soon as I transferred him out, he scored. Been like that all season.

I really think that Lukaku is on the beach already, think about his PSG(?) transfer in the summer.
