Oh well, with Silva gone, I can finally save more money and get Ayew as well. Also, with Rondon being a doubt, it was time for me to get Gomis as well.

Is Rooney definitely out for today then? I had Naismith on my subs bench, so I'm hoping Rooney doesn't start and Naismith comes in place for him. Unbelievable he came on as a sub and scored a hat-trick. Martinez never starts him, so I don't bother putting him in my starting team.
Feck sake Aguero is my captain. Going to take him out of my team only for him to score 5 goals in his next 2 games.
ffs i give up. Aguero as a captain, just bought Silva and put him in the first team, today i login and check a team and i see Silva is out so i switch him with Hoolahan but i forgot to save it (happened the same last week with Shaw). Now i see Hoolahan assist+goal and i quickly went to fantasy site to see how much points he got just to see that Silva is still in my team...

I can't believe I only had Cech make me points this GW. I can't believe that Yaya Toure got nothing in that match as well. Couldn't he get one of his typical goals against that team? And then Coleman doesn't even make an assist in the match against Chelsea either...Barkley looks to be a guaranteed point-generator now.

Wow, my attack is truly awful, I should switch to five in the back because my defense seems like the only part of my team getting points. I will stick with Aguero longer if his injury is not that serious. However, I might take out Sanchez for Cleverley or Gibson considering I need to balance my team out with average players.
Iheanacho played 2 minutes for City. He scored. He also got 3 bonus points. 8 points in total in 2 minutes work.

Not a bad or great week. My defence got me points. Depay and Albrighton got me a point each, Aguero as captain got me 2! Kane got me 2! Sanchez only got me 3.. Least Mahrez came good.

41 thanks to Mahrez's today, before bonus points which should put me on 44 I think. Payet is my captain tomorrow, so hopefully he can grab an assist and push me over the 50 mark.
Thinking about ditching Hazard before the next price drop. Pick him up again when (if) he gets back into form. Sanchez is so almost raking in points and he's up against the worst defense in the league next game (Chelsea) so why not.
I think they've launched a Champions League app today for the PS4 which has fantasy football as part of it. Still nothing on the main site though.

I checked it out when I got an email reminder that said that the new season was underway. Could log in but when I did it showed my points from the final and nothing else could be done.

I gave up after week 1 - Rooney, Kane and Deeney up front since, with Mahrez left on the bench (haven't logged in since week 1). Then today I log on and find Mahrez has been in my team every week thanks to injuries/players not being picked, and I am surprisingly sitting on 238. Not the best total by any means, but not bad considering I haven't touched it since week 1 and none of my strikers have scored a goal
Played my Wildcard, looks like this now:
Striker set only really for a couple weeks max, though there really is a shortage of great strikers to choose from :/

It was a total fluke to be honest. Did not see any real stand out captains this week, and ended up with him. I've been lucky all season with Shaw, Sagna (I forgot about Zabaleta when picking him) and Mahrez + Payet. It will crumble soon I am sure
I already scrapped Hazard for Sanchez in anticipation of a Hazard price drop. Would it be worth it to take a -4 point it to trade Shaw? He's been picked by 15% and is bound to go down now.
Is there anyone still here who has Memphis in their FPL team? I don't think he's worth keeping in the team anymore. There's no way he's going to get any good points this season.

I think they might change that Hazard goal to an OG, if not he should be OK for all 3.
