i know it! decided to prioritise on the midfield and attack but may regret that decision - we shall see

still got a few decent defenders up my sleeve but 4 more picks before my go again so lets see who is left ...
 
Ive actually managed to patch together a half decent defence in my last three picks.

on my last pick it was a toss up between Darren Anderton and John Barnes for my winger

i did always rate Anderton but the injuries fecked him
 
John Barnes was on a different planet to Darren Anderton overall. But John Barnes after the premier league came into being was not a winger as far as I can remember, he was moved into the centre after injuries/many pies took his pace away..

Some people might be questioning the pick of Veron but he could be a match winner on his day, especially in big games. Will explain more when I do a summary of my team. Also there weren't many decent right wingers left so didn't have much of a choice

Fullbacks went too fast... I had a few players in my mind, but there were only two left backs left on my list.... so I picked Sharpey

It depends on my next picks really, see who I can get for Left Wing/Right wing or Left back, as they are all pretty much taken.

Same with Gallas/Carragher... if I can;t get a decent right back, I guess I'll stick them there

He only made 32 according to Wiki - in fact I thought about picking him before and discounted him due to that so I think Cal should have to pick again.

Anyway just logged on to find it is my turn and I need to start sorting a defence !
 
I only just read the 40 appearences rule.... well, Gullit played for 3 seasons, so you can hardly call him a one season wonder
 
True enough, the only reason is i say it is because i looked at him as an option and discounted it.

But yeah im willing to let it go.
