Sorry, i've actaully edited my post to take out the more obvious ones. I'll get rid of them all and suggest Frode Grodas and Bernard Lambourde if you want!

Im beginning to regret allowing the suggestion of players for people to pick from people who aren't playing.

I didn't think Pires would be gone this fast. I hoped I would be able to pick him in the 5th round

Batty is the first suprise pick for me - I never rated him that much to be honest and he had not come close to my list of potential players!
How good was David Batty? I wasn't old enough to evaluate his skills back then.
Thank feck duffer posted that when it was my turn, wanted to pick Desailly next. Gutted Pires was gone too picked Ginola instead.

That's one off of the potential list.
It's so tough to choose which department is the most important and which one you can afford to still postpone a pick in.
But, really, having missed the likes of Keane, Vieira, Essien, Makelele, I wanted a midfield strong man and I made my decision based on that...
Well ive gone for Kanchelskis.
I guess that all but completes my midfield.
Although im not ruling out a 4-5-1/4-3-3. With Pires and Kanchelskis supporting the front man.
