Jesus, Liverpool are not spending £200m on players.

I don’t think they’d sign Alisson or Oblak. Both will be far too expensive. I guess they will go for Butland who’d probably cost around £30m. Is that a big upgrade? No.

Will it make Liverpool stronger? Probably,
If we sign three/four of the players we are linked with, we'll be stronger too, and considering we finished above everyone bar City, then they have extra catching up to do.

Liverpool are definitely spending dosh this season. Can is leaving and their midfield is already average. Minimum 2 midfielders in the summer.
 
Good player but I think there are players in that category with a higher ceiling we should have been looking at first.
 
Some good news to help get over the final loss.

Fabinho is also 6.2 so would help against hoofball teams like UTD and maybe Warnocks team.
 
I am not bothered with them signing fabinho, i think he is a very good player but we have his position covered. Specially if we sign fred, if we had signed fabinho, the right back problem would have been solved though. He could have been our fullback cover and solved two position. I think that would have saved us money for signing other targets.
Liverpool's transfer strategy and work is ruthless these days. They got keita, VVD, Fabinho and maybe even fekir. They dont prepare bids and then make them on lower side and then negotiate hasseling for 5-7 million. Great negotiations from them.
 
We can only have 11 players playing and his position is well covered at United.
