Of course it did. If Stroll didn’t crash he probably doesn’t go out in Q2. Doesn’t get slowed down on his push lap and would have gotten another chance the following lap.

LeClerc screwed by Ferrari genius (even i knew it was a screw-up) once again, Norris and Russell pitted too late and Max shows that he is legitimately a better driver than anyone else on the grid even though I don't like him. He's going to be world champion while his team finishes third.
I do like Occon and Gasly though so hopefully they can hold their places or get a podium finish.

Most likely barrier repairs and debris removal. I think the race could have continued under the safety car till the rain dropped in intensity.
