This conversation is so bad. Ted needs it explaining to him three times that the black cloud is for the rain that has already gone past 
Radar watching, what a sport.
Watching the Nurburgring 24 on my phone at the same time, this race director would have red flagged that race when it went dark.
Why did they reveal the identity of the safety car driver? Why couldn't they keep him like The Stig? 
That cloud is flying dangerously! Needs a three hour penalty.
