I did not see anything wrong , all I saw was Vettel expecting Lewis to fly away and he did not and Seb got caught out.
After red flag, how does the race restarts? From 23rd lap, behind SC? Or normal start again?

Was going off Danish commentators regarding the braking. They talked about some camera angles that showed Hamilton braking. I can't find a clip that backs that up right now though.
