I'm still on the fence with Ole but he would cement his position as manager if he could land Haaland and surely we could still find the "Sancho money" for a deal plus the wages when Pogba goes as well.
Well reports stated he wanted to come to Utd due to his friendship with Ole but he believed Ole was the only one at the club to want him.I think it is nailed on he goes to City if he is coming to the PL. It's one of those deals we have regularly flubbed since Ed took over.
Should we be worried if more and more top players don't have the desire to play for our club though? Do something about it? Why do all the players have the desire to play for Madrid?Missed out on guys like this before, there'll be others too. Man Utd should give players one chance to sign. If they refuse, clearly they don't have to desire to play for the club, then feck them. Move on and find another player who does want to play for the club.
No it wouldn't. We'd still be a poorly coached team who wouldn't be able to get the best out of him.If Ole could somehow bring him it would be worth keeping Ole in just for that reason. Image Bruno and Haaland tearing it up no matter if the coaching set up is not the best.
Agree, enough is enough. Don't care how good the player is it's not worth the hassle of RiolaHaaland should not even be a conversation for Man Utd. He's the most promising #9 in the game. However, he's represented by Mino Raiola. Any player represented by Raiola should be a no-go for us.
Agreed, can't be arsed with another Pogba style circus, it's not good for the club.Agree, enough is enough. Don't care how good the player is it's not worth the hassle of Riola

Money, UCL qualification guaranteed year after year, climate, history of the club, world standingShould we be worried if more and more top players don't have the desire to play for our club though? Do something about it? Why do all the players have the desire to play for Madrid?
It's too soon to use Bruno as such an example, he might want to leave for Madrid in the summer or demand an improved contract once interest from other clubs arise, he's been here for less than a year, if he stays for 10 years then yes I'll agree.Yes we should. But as fans we can do nothing about it really, it's up to the club to find the right players and get them into the club. All you have to do is compare the difference in attitude between Bruno and any of the other schisters that have been through the club in the last 7 or 8 years.
Isn't that what you want as a football fan? To see guys on the pitch like Bruno, who care whether they win or lose. If players don't really want to be at the club then no matter how much they are being paid, it won't bother them, they know they can move on and still get paid ridiculous sums somewhere else.
With Madrid the attraction is obvious especially for European and South American players, the club, the history, the weather, the city and of course your almost guaranteed trophies and to be competing for the Champions League.
We should be able to guarantee all that apart from the weather though.Money, UCL qualification guaranteed year after year, climate, history of the club, world standing
Other than that, no idea
Wrecked is a useless word in this context. They had to reduce their budget the previous season and this one, but should the pandemic die down by the summer, they should be back in business next season. They're too big not too. Just look at their marketing deals and following on social media (where they top us in Instagram, FB, Twitter etc). Unless the vaccines don't work, they'll be back in the market come the summer. Not anymore, covid has wrecked them
Nope. Its eaten up their reserves and money isnt going to suddenly flow in with the first vaccination jab.Wrecked is a useless word in this context. Injury, hamstring I think. Why isnt Raiolas shiniest new toy playing today?
Its 260, not 400 to begin with. And It’s much more complex than that. You have to take into account that their new stadium is going to be a massive cash cow for them and theyThat’s the last I will say in the matter.Nope. Its eaten up their reserves and money isnt going to suddenly flow in with the first vaccination jab.
If you ever look at a clubs income its 700m flashing in lights but the profit is a fraction of that, then the cash reserves are destroyed. Then you remember that Madrid spent 400m on flops months before this even hit that they have to pay off first...
Whether we like it or not, Barcelona and Madrid will always be seen as the top of the footballing pyramid.
Looks like he dodged a massive bulletWhy isnt Raiolas shiniest new toy playing today?
Agreed. Most Norwegians dream of playing for United or Liverpool rather than Barca/Real.Not for most Norwegians. The Premier League and the old Football League have always been immensely more popular for us than La Liga.
The weekly "Tippekampen" (The Betting Match basically, showing 1 match and live results from the others) that was shown on our BBC (NRK) every Saturday from 1969 to 1995 helped propel it as a mainstay in Norwegian households. The Prem is now like religion for football fans in Norway.
Not saying Erling won't go to La Liga, but he's more likely to put the Premier League in higher regard.
Knowing our lot they’ll still deal with himThink we should all put this one to bed.
The club should never deal with any of that fat cnuts players, regardless of how good they are.

they're the biggest and most iconic football club in the world, if you believe English Media/ Sky/BT propaganda or what you read in the caf, then no one can be held accountable for what you ''find hard to believe''I find it hard to believe that he "prefers Madrid"
The PL is clearly the place to be right now, for money, viewers, followers etc
I agree. In fact I dont see why top players should or will still want to play for us, all we have right now is our history and nothing else.If we don't start winning meaningful titles soon he probably leaves by 28 to play out his peak years at a serious contender. We need to start surrounding him with players who share his desire for success.
We would never hear of Raiola if Pogba was playing his best football every week and performing like the world class midfielder he is expected to be.
Haaland is a totally different player, Raiola doesn't make a fuss when his players are happy.

Shut up with that bs. They're nowhere near the biggest. Ronaldo was the primary driver during those past years. They're not in the emergent markets and the mass appeal is.they're the biggest and most iconic football club in the world, if you believe English Media/ Sky/BT propaganda or what you read in the caf, then no one can be held accountable for what you ''find hard to believe''
