The talent isn't the issue. Inability to instill a sense of urgency into the team to win games like this is what will ultimately cost him.

He should have gone in the summer on a high after the cup win but instead INEOS bowed to pressure from certain sections of the fan base and kept him and surprise surprise, we are still as shit as we were last season just minus the injuries.

I don’t think INEOS will feck around as soon as they identify a suitable candidate. Pretty obvious they don’t rate him and he’s only here by default.
Him getting new coaches is like that time Rodgers got handed Gary McAllister and Sean O’Driscoll at Liverpool in 2015 and they were all gone by October.
