We should have won today, and while it's harsh to place all the blame on him for the loss, the reality is that this is a results-driven business, and he's clearly not delivering. It’s time for a change!

Even if we had drawn this performance against one of the league's most underperforming teams has been a disgrace.

If anyone thinks that we are going somewhere with Erik, must be blind. Relegation/mid table at most. Fans don't deserve Erik.

Why wasn't he sacked during the international break again? Stupid by upper management, genuinely.

The moon howlers that support this guy will be lapping up the chances missed today, and in fairness they have a point, but it’s still only 8 points in 9 league games. The forward are all shot in confidence and we can’t score. We have to change the management because it’s just not working and getting worse every game.

He’ll have his excuse but it’s obvious he should’ve gone weeks, if not months ago.

He’s lost to yet another poorer than ourselves.. what’s this guy got to do to be sacked?

Sofascore has the xG at 2.10 to West Ham vs 2.02 to us.

We created a few good chances, but the stats also show we've allowed far too many opportunities against a struggling West Ham side.

Spent 50M or there and thereabouts on a CDM who he doesn't play. There's simply no excuses now.

It’s quite a similar story to the Palace game. A good first 45 minutes alone will not win you matches. Even if we did take some of those chances the likelihood we wouldn’t have conceded in the second is low.

He was opposed to Ugarte’s signing by most accounts, the board has gone above him to sign him. He just chooses not to play him.

The reffing is clearly an absolute joke, everyone can see that, and they've awarded West Ham a win instead of the draw or whatever.

However, it's just episode #86 of "Plan A works quite well, the opposition manager changes something, and we get outplayed with Ten Hag being shockedpikachu.jpg on the sidelines for the rest of the match". Beyond chucking McT on an hoping for the best, he has absolutely no idea how to adapt to changes of personnel or tactics the opposition make in a game. Even when things were going well, this was an issue.

Yeah said it at half time that this was my expectation for the second half. Even when we are playing quite well we don’t tend to sustain it over an extended period. Every coach gets the better of him during the game, even Lopetegui who has been awful so far for West Ham.

He actually has a genuine escape clause this time. Poor finishing and dodgy pen

Nah, he doesn’t. This west ham team are genuinely shite and he has made is a horrible 50/50 game on Xg, which he has then lost. There are no excuses at all. He is completely inept

I could do with guys like SAF, Mou or LvG right now just absolutely roasting the reffing in this league, regardless of whether it leads to a fine or ban. I've come to the conclusion i want a bit of a lunatic general in charge rather than meek guys like EtH, Ole and Moyes

The owners and Ineos don't deserve good results with their persistent of Erik as manager of United. Totally deserve it.

West Ham all buoyed up for the win, without Kudos.

Our Overlords do nothing post-game.

Imagine 'football people' coming in and making us worse.

No, don't imagine it; observe.

9 Games- 14th in the League, 8 Goals, -3 GD

Newcastle will sack Howe before we do with Erik

This performance has actually hardened my stance on the coach. Glad he'll get more time, and couldn't care less about who it winds up in the process.
